Room telephone not working, spa out of service, carpet super dirty, internet extremely slow, very loud out there all day and night long... ..."

"Hallo, meine Frau und ich waren 2 Tage hier im Hotel. Der erste Eindruck kann oft täuschen was auch hier der Fall war. Von außen eher unscheinbar aber von innen macht dieses Hotel sehr viel her. Angefangen von der Sauberkeit bis hin zur Freundlichkeit kann man hier nur 5 Sterne geben. Auf Extrawünsche ..."
