Nice place to stay, negatives were oven was dirty, when trying to use it it set off smoke detectors. Pot holders and towels were clean but very stained. Lack of hand towels were problematic. Otherwise comfortable and very pleasant stay.

We had a fantastic stay! The place was super clean, well- stocked with everything we needed (and then some!), and had really nice amenities that made it feel like home away from home.Communication with Miranda and the Okoboji Vacation Company team was top-notch-friendly, helpful, and quick to respond. Everything was smooth from the start to finish. Highly recommend staying here!

Fun on the 4th

This property was great for our family. 12 people all together. 6 adults and 6 kids (4-14). We enjoyed the pool near our condo and spent lots of time at the water park. It's an easy walk to the water park.The kitchen was great we cooked most meals there. Plenty of room for cooking and eating.The lake is great for fishing.When we had questions we got very quick answers and responses. I would recommend this site for anyone.

A nice space for a group of 10, but there are definitely improvements that could make this a better experience. The plus side, the kitchen is roomy and sleeping space is adequate. Passes to the waterpark were nice. As far as what wasn't super impressive:- No coffee pot, just a keurig, which really doesn't make sense for a place that holds 12 people. Didn't plan on having to buy a coffee maker.- Very few kitchen basics - definitely on the low level of places we've stayed. No dish soap is just one small example.- Listing said laundry pods would be provided, but there were none. Had to buy detergent too.- No window coverings, which posed the biggest problem in the master bedroom, where you obviously dress and undress. Had to go buy something to make do for a window covering in the bedroom.- A 10-month old was part of our group, so we asked about a high chair. That was also not available, so we had to buy something that the infant could sit in to eat. If it would have just been a couple days, not as big of a deal, but for a longer stay, much needed.- Worst thing was that the pantry door handle can be locked from the inside and only a key can open. 2 year old grandson accidentally locked himself in the pantry. We called the emergency number several times with no answer. We finally had to take the door off its hinges. A pretty stressful situation.Made the most of our stay; it's a decent place but no added touches we like to have at our stays.

Enjoyed the stay

Unit was clean and plenty of space. The weather was rainy for our group but when we could use the deck it was great-plenty of seating and fire table was nice. Had everything we needed.

Family trip

The property is beautiful and had lots of space for everyone. We had 8 adults and a toddler. The unit is next to the heated pool with an amazing lake view. Our kids also took advantage of the passes for the indoor water park and the arcade. The only thing that could be helpful is a marked parking spot for each unit. We often had to park in the main parking lot.

Great for a family vacation

I stayed here over Father’s Day weekend with my husband, adult daughter, my brother and his adult daughter and 12 year old daughter and our parents. It was a perfect setup. Would definitely recommend!!!

Great place to stay.

Nice condo, close to the activities we did, and nice water park. Great for our group of 12 people. Management answered emails quickly (even late in the evening) and got the one issue resolved quickly. We highly recommend this unit or others in Bridges Bay Resort. Fun vacation.

Comfortable convenience

Location was perfect for water park with the family. Convenience of the hotel but with the comforts of home. The property was beautiful and there was plenty of room to spread out if we needed to, and congregate when we wanted to.
