Welcome to Sukoon Mountain Retreat! Nestled among the trees in the beautiful Big Trees Village community of Dorrington, Sukoon Mountain Retreat is a charming, remodeled cabin in the heart of the Sierras. The living area boasts stunning pine ceilings and a wood stove for ambience.

With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, it backs up to a private forest. Recently upgraded, this cabin leaves nothing to be desired! The fully remodeled, gourmet kitchen boasts custom alder kitchen cabinets, tumble edged leather granite and hardwood floors. The bonus room downstairs offers a bunk room and a home theater tv system. From the expansive living room with beautiful vaulted ceilings, you'll love to step out to the recently updated and expanded 580 square foot deck, where you can relax and take in all that nature has to offer.

Nearby activities include Bear Valley Ski Resort, White Pines Lake, Lake Alpine, Calaveras Big Trees State Park and the Stanislaus River.

Where you will sleep:
- Two Bedrooms Downstairs, both with King Beds.
- Upstairs Bedroom offers King Bed. There is also a work space upstairs in the loft.
- Downstairs you'll find an amazing bonus room, with 4 Twin-XL bunk beds.

Sukoon Mountain Retreat is the perfect retreat for relaxation or to fulfill all your outdoor adventure desires.
** Firewood for wood burning stove is not available at cabin. Guests must provide their own firewood**
**Fire Pit is not available for guest use, for safety reasons**

Access Information: You will receive check-in instructions, including your access code for entry, 2-4 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. Please be sure to check your junk/spam email, as sometimes these instructions end up there.

Pet Policy: This cabin is not pet friendly - If a pet is brought to a non-pet friendly cabin, there will be a $1,000 fee charged to card on file.

Audio/visual cameras are on site (exterior only).

Tenant must be at least 25 years old to rent.

Communication: Property management will contact tenant by their preferred method of communication (personal email, text, etc.) to send a required rental agreement, check-in instructions, etc.

Payment (where applicable): A 2% surcharge (of the total transaction amount) will be added to your transaction charges when your credit card is charged. Upon booking, $300, plus the c/c fee, is due immediately and is charged to the credit card on file. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival (if you are booking a stay that is sooner than 30 days from the booking date, the full amount is due immediately & will be charged to your card on file). We will accept payment by check for the final payment, as long as your arrival date is further out than 45 days. If you wish to pay by check, please email our office immediately to advise us NOT to charge your card on file for the final payment. Please note that if your check is not received by the 30 day mark, your credit card on file will be charged, regardless of previous arrangement. All payments are due in full 30 days prior to your arrival.
