I was not panning to provide feedback to VRBO, but I am planning to use this service again, so this is just an FYI.When my family and I arrived to the cabin on Aug 1st, the cabin was not clean. There were dirty dishes in the sink, beds were not made, and the cabin was dusty. We went to the nearest town to buy cleaning supplies, including a broom. We disinfected the bathrooms thoroughly with chlorox because we found a note from the previous visitors saying that "they found a dead mouse in the bathtub." The bathtub on the main floor was full of hair and the trash was not taken out. It was a mess. The WiFi password did not work, so we were with no communication during our stay in the cabin. Since the tv uses internet, we didn't have tv access either. To top it off, a couple and their young daughter showed up on Sunday the 3rd., claiming that they were the owner's friends and their reservation started on August 3. I explained to them that my reservation ended on August 4, 2025. They decided to call Vacasa and I was there, outside with them, while waiting for a resolution from Vacasa. My family finishes having dinner and I was still outside with this couple trying to resolve this issue. I believe I spent more than 30/40 minutes with this couple and Vacasa. Everything was very confusing to the point where I thought, maybe I made a mistake with the reservation and I was supposed to check out today, but at the end they said it was an error from the owner.
