Very beautiful home I loved it very spacious loved how it came with the pool table and arcade game. The bed was comfortable there is a lot of steps but it didn’t bother me. I went for a birthday trip with my friends there was a lot of stuff to do in town I loved the upstairs balcony the most and how they worked with me when I asked if checking in earlier than the time said. I will definitely come back but with my kids because they would love this place and it is kid friendly

This was our 2nd time staying here and it is seriously heaven on earth! Everyone had a great time, the kids, the dog and the parents! We will be back!

The home itself has potential, but there were several aspects of the stay that didn’t meet our expectations. When we arrived, the fire alarm was beeping due to a low battery, which was a frustrating start. Families with young children should also note that there are a lot of stairs throughout the property, which may not be ideal from a safety perspective.The main issue for us was around the cleaning expectations. Even after paying a 210 cleaning fee, we were later billed for minor items left behind—such as food in the fridge and a few unopened groceries left on the counter. We also received additional charges for a child’s accidental marker stain on a chair, which we understand, but the overall extra charges felt excessive given the existing cleaning fee.We’ve stayed at many vacation rentals over the years, and this experience felt unusually strict in terms of check-out expectations and follow-up fees. Future guests may want to clarify the cleaning policies ahead of time to avoid surprises.

Stayed a few days for a birthday getaway. The house was great! Plenty of space, bed were comfy and had a great time relaxing! Bonus- we got a day of snow the first day and it made for really cozy times.

We had an amazing stay. The 10 year old and 8 year old LOVED the play structure and the video arcade. Plenty of space for 5 adults, two kids and a dog. The dog run was great place to play fetch with our dog. This is not a place for anyone who has difficulty with stairs. VERY quiet neighborhood. Easy to get to the grocery store. Keep an eye out for deer! Arnold Rim Trail is great place for a walk.We'll definitely recommend this place to our friends and we'll be back next year.

This property worked perfectly for our family trip. The younger family members had the bottom floor to hang out in and watch tv till the wee hours, while the old folks had the main floor. It was nice to be able to watch our shows upstairs and they could watch cartoons etc downstairs. The property is fenced too if you have a pet. Thank goodness they have air at the property. It was extremely hot but we were very comfortable even on the hottest day! The grand kids are asking to come back again so it was a hit!

We had a great time staying in a nice (and very clean) home, with good separation for the two families involved, and great amenities (hot tub, dog run, etc). We enjoyed the views of the forest from the multiple decks, bbq-ing, and relaxing after hitting some AMAZING golf courses in the area!

I can't emphasis how lovely our stay was! Such a beautiful home with activities that kept our grandchildren ages 7 & 9 occupied the whole time. We had planned on taking a hike and spending time beyond the property while we were there for 5 days. However it started snowing right before we arrived so we spent our time watching the kids sled and build snowmen. Plus the game room was perfect. The whole family spent a lot of time playing games, watching movies or playing pool there. We all had so many fun moments together. The kitchen was beautiful with a large table that we sat around every night laughing and chatting while we ate. The hammock chairs were such a relaxing way to spend time on the porch! We also loved the hot tub! Great place to enjoy the falling snow. A perfect family getaway! We plan on visiting again in the future!

We had a great stay! The hosts were easy to communicate with and responded quickly to any questions we had. The kitchen had lots of appliances and spices for cooking. We had four 13 year olds who loved playing in the game room after snowboarding at Bear Valley. The hot tub was very relaxing for the adults!

We had to clean the bathtubs. There was mold on bath mats and in the tubs. The blinds wouldn’t shut. Place was great except for the bathtubs!! Great loction.

This was our 4th visit to the mountain home and we will be back! The home is in a perfect location. Close to hiking trails, lakes and Big Trees Market😃 The owners are great to work with. All in all a very easy and relaxing vacation. Lisa, Alan and Bella the herding dog

It's a lovely house with a lot of amenities. The neighborhood is quiet especially during the weekdays and the front deck is a nice spot to do yoga, barbeque, or just relax. The spa is super nice after a day of hiking! We will return!

My husband and I along with our Maltese had a wonderful stay at your Arnold cabin. We loved being out in the trees with the nice deck space. The bed was so comfortable and we watched several DVD movies that you had available. We stayed busy during the days by going to Murphy's for wine tasting and the restaurants. The Calaveras Big Tree hike was very enjoyable along with the Arnold Rim Trail. Camp Connell was nice for a concert in the beer garden and lots to explore in the area. We had a wonderful time.
