Perfect place for a family vacation!

This is a perfect place to get away and relax with friends and family. The property is beautiful inside and out, with plenty of space for all. Our favorite part was hanging out in and around the pool. And I can’t say enough about Kathy as our host! She was a delight to work with.

Family Trip

This property is wonderful for a large group, a great family weekend getaway. The Host, Kathy is a great communicator and replied quickly to all questions. They have the house stocked with EVERYTHING you could possibly need, which was so appreciated.

What a property !!!! The place has everything you need to have a quiet getaway with the family. Has activities for all inside and out. The place is very clean and spacious. My 3 boys (4yrs-7yrs) didn’t want to leave!!! I can’t wait to book again 😀

Love this place!

This was our 3rd summer vacation at this house and we love it so much. It's clean, spacious, comfortable, and the pool area is excellent. I think our only complaint was that there's not enough room in the trash bin to accommodate multiple families. We ended up taking home a few bags of trash. Maybe 2 trash pickups during the week? Otherwise, Kathy is friendly and prompt with communication (and apologized about the trash situation and offered a solution during our stay), and the house is just fabulous!

Feels like home

We stayed here with two other families, including 5 kids ages 3-8 and had an absolutely wonderful time. The home is beautifully maintained and stocked, and also exudes comfort and coziness. The game room was an absolute hit and the kids hardly wanted to leave. The layout worked really well to gather but also have quiet time if needed. Kathy was super helpful and responsive. We’d love to stay here again in the future!

Arnold snow trip

The house was great. Very large, clean and well stocked. The teens really enjoyed the hangout room- they played Wii, air hockey, and had a great time making huge Lego creations. The house was quiet and conveniently located close to a grocery store and restaurants.

The Best Cabin in Arnold!

This is our family's second stay at this cabin and we love it. We are a group from ages 20-83 and everyone loves it here. It's cozy, has everything you would need, and is absolutely beautiful. I would absolutely recommend this cabin for friends, family, or any group!

Wonderful Long Weekend Getaway

Came here with my family and some friends for the MLK weekend. The house was great…the pictures don’t do it justice. It was large and provided more than enough room for our party of 9. Beds and sheets were very comfortable. We loved hanging out in front of the fire watching tv and playing games. It snowed many inches while we were there and had a great time sledding down the driveway!

Amazing cabin!

I can’t recommend this property enough. It was perfect for our family of 9. It’s a huge space and each room is spacious. It’s great because the game room is nearly sound proof if you close the door, giving peace and quiet in the rest of the house. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need. Plus the communication was perfect.

Great property

Rented the property for an annual girls trip. The house was perfectly set up for all of us. Many hours spent in the pool. Close to nearby Murphy's where we spent the afternoon wine tasting and shopping. The kitchen was stocked with all the tools and necessities needed for this gourmet chef.

Great house, pool, and backyard in an awesome area of the Sierras.

Really enjoyed this house. It’s on a quiet little street, not in a housing development. It’s got everything you could need inside and out. We really enjoyed the sparkling clean pool and the cool grassy backyard with basketball court. All surrounded by a beautiful forest. You could spend the whole vacation at the house, but there’s great hiking and fishing in the area, and good dining options in Murphy’s down the road. Or just hit the Big Trees Market a few minutes down the road and eat in. Can’t imagine a better spot to enjoy the Sierra summer.

Perfect for families

This house has everything you need ! We were in the summer so the pool was used everyday. We especially appreciated the locked pool gate as we had 3 little ones. Every toy and game imaginable for inside and outside fun. Best stocked kitchen I have ever seen in a rental, I felt like we were in our own home. 5+ star cleanliness! Host was very responsive before; during and after our stay. Highly recommend this property!

Pool Time

Beautiful home with a great layout. The rooms were all very nice and floor plan of the house worked great for all of our needs. Everyone loved spending the day at the pool and once the shade made it to the basketball area everyone enjoyed playing corn hole and basketball. The location is nice too, close to Big trees market which was well stocked, Snow shoe brewery, and White pines lake. We’re already discussing plans to stay there again.

Wonderful family getaway

Loved this home inside and out. Kitchen very well stocked. The kids and adults enjoyed the bonus room full of toys and games. The separation of the bonus room and living room worked well. The location was perfect not too far off the main road but didn’t hear any traffic noise and felt very private. The backyard was amazing! Since it was February we didn’t get to use the pool but it looked great! Liked that the pool was fenced separately from the rest of the yard. The pictures online didn’t do it justice. The yard was much bigger than expected, it was also fenced. Lots of toys outside as well. Kathy was a wonderful host and communicated well. I would highly recommend visiting this home.

Great Stay in Arnold

House was great for our families with young kids - game room was a hit! Warm during winter and close to the market, Murphy's and Bear Valley skiing. Would definitely stay here again!
