The house is really beautiful and very kid friendly. There are plenty of toys in the house, and also a pool table and ping pong table in the garage. For families with toddlers, there is a gate in front of the stairs.

The only issue was the bbq propane was out on two tanks but the owner quickly rectified the situation by telling us where the extra tanks were stored. Great place! We’ll be back!!

The house was wonderful -- very spacious, comfortable, great views of the forest, quiet, good parking. The house is very well equipped with everything you can think of, especially in the kitchen! The owner Annie was very gracious and responsive with all communications. I can't think of a better house to stay in Arnold!

Beautiful vacation home

We enjoyed our stay at this vacation home. Its big enough for 10-12 people. Home was very clean and well equipped with kitchen utensils. Location is great. Good amenities (game room, basketball , foosball, high speed internet, TV). I highly recommend this home.

Lovely Stay

My family and I went up to enjoy a weekend of snow and sledding. The house was just as expected and had everything you would need as a family. The playroom was a hit with the kids! One of my search filters was highly rated for cleanliness, and this place did not disappoint. Would definitely go back again!

Spacious, clean and organized

This super clean house is spacious with a nice deck for meals, plenty of kids' entertainment, and a great woodland setting. Annie is a perfect host, answering all questions and addressing any issues promptly. I 100% recommend it.

Great Family Vacation ♥️

We enjoyed our stay in this comfortable vacay home. It was perfect, since the master bedroom is on the main floor separate from the downstairs bedrooms or sleeping areas. My son’s twin 4 month old babies stayed downstairs and we older folk didn’t hear them during the night. The kids and the adults enjoyed the game room. Wonderful interaction. All our meals were cooked using all of the cookware, including outdoor barbecue. Our host was responsive and friendly. She wanted ensure we had everything along with providing us eateries!

Perfect Getaway

Just had an amazing weekend at Bear Cabin. The place had everything we needed for a great time—pool table, ping pong, basketball court, and multiple balconies to just chill and enjoy the view. The cabin was super cozy and perfect for hanging out. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a fun and relaxing getaway!

Perfect family fun getaway

We booked this home because of the appeal of multiple spots for kids to hang out and play. When we arrived, check in was a breeze and we had a clean and inviting home waiting for us. We enjoyed eating together at the table, playing in the game rooms both downstairs and in the garage. We also enjoyed using the sleds provided and the perfect sledding hills for young kids. Communication with Annie was great and she was a wonderful host! We look forward to spending more family time together in this Sierra Delight.

Roomy and comfortable

Our family had an absolutely fabulous time in Angie's lovely home and were so satisfied with the space. Annie was quick to respond to the few issues we had and they were resolved without hassle. Peaceful house in the trees

The house is clean and welcoming! The view out of every window is amazing with trees and nature everywhere you look. Annie is amazing with her communication. I had to reach out a few times with questions before we arrived and she answered promptly and clearly every time. We would definitely stay here again!

Good times!

Great place to stay! We all had a good time. Close to other places to explore. Noise travels on the mountain so I didn't get to enjoy outdoor music. Worried about getting a complaint from the neighbors. Other than that this place is badass! Annie is awesome and catered to a couple requests I made. I'd definitely return here in the future!

Arnold snowboarding trip

The home itself is beautiful, just as shown in the pictures. Clean, spacious, and well-stocked. There is no shortage of fun games and activities for kids to enjoy with their families. The detached game room (with a unique thermostat, key for winter) is fantastic- pool, ping pong, and golf putting practice were particular favorites. But what really capped our experience was the interaction with the owner/manager, Annie. She is remarkably easy to work with- communicative, flexible, considerate, and kind. I would definitely rebook this home based on the home itself as well as the experience with Annie as a host.

Comfortable, great communication

The home is well equipped and the owner is very responsive to questions. The game table, though diminutive, was heartily enjoyed by our tweens as we waited out the rains. New couches are very comfortable and great for enjoying the big screens.

Incredible Family Vacation

We were looking for a place were we could all gather and enjoy each others company. This was the perfect spot! Our host was wonderful. Every time we had a question she was able to tell us exactly what was needed. We stayed for Father's Day and my husband had a great time playing with his son's in the game room. There were all kinds of activities very close by. We had wonderful family meals that we made in the kitchen and ate all together at the table. This was an amazing house to stay at. It was so comfortable and we all enjoyed our time there. We would like to make it a yearly event!
