"The hotel is very nice and the staff very kind and nice too. The room was kind of small and we could hear the noise of the room from the top up of us, so it wasn’t tranquil. The surroundings are so amazing. "

"We had a lovely stay at the High Corner Inn. It is a lovely pub in a beautiful area of the New Forest. The food is great, we had dinner and breakfast in the pub. As it is right in the new forest, our stay was peaceful and there are plenty of walking routes. It was also nice to see the New Forest ponies wondering around the surrounding area of the Inn."

"The view from the hotel is spectacular. Inside the room and corridors the decor is dated and shabby. The bathroom taps were grubby with grime and difficult to turn. No bottled water in the room and next to no soundproofing between rooms, especially bathrooms. The fire doors in the corridor banged when shutting. "Charming and character-full hotel with lovely Enid Blyton memorabilia for those of us who have fond memories of growing up with her stories. The location is beautiful, across the road from the ocean and beaches, along with several excellent walks. My room was very comfortable and cosy with nice updates, although part of the charm of the hotel is its age which does show in some of the common areas. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful, although a few more healthy options would be appreciated for...

"My second time staying here. Checked in easy enough with the accommodation across the road at the lodge. The room had nice décor although the bathroom looked a little tired. I used the onsite gym facilities which did not have a lot of people in and allowed me to use the work stations and benches when I wanted to. The shower was good, the bed very comfy and breakfast across at the clubhouse restaurant was very good. A lovely place to stay."

"I was attending a course in the leisure centre next door. The Aqua was an excellent, relaxed place to stay. The staff/owners were polite, friendly and generated a relaxed atmosphere. The small, well stocked bar carried on this relaxing, informal atmosphere. (The squeaky bar stools could do with fixing but were still amusing) The food is top notch and very affordable. "Clean and comfy. We stayed in a family room. Some discrepancies between what we booked on Expedia and what was sent through to the hotel, but was sorted by email and phone call in advance.
