Warm, Cozy, Exceptionally Welcoming

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Warm Brook Farm! Trevor’s home is beyond beautiful, cozy, and warm and we loved walking in to see the home decorated for the holiday. It truly felt like a home away from home. Trevor clearly puts so much thought and care into providing exceptional service to his guests and we couldn’t be more grateful! We hope we’re able to stay again in the future!

This is a beautiful, classic house that is lovingly maintained. The grounds are superb to stroll though with multiple areas to sit and take in that relaxed Vermont atmosphere. It is also very convenient for day trips to Manchester, Dorset etc.We enjoyed every minute there.

Family Weekend

We loved Warm Brook Farm for a weekend with our adult kids and dogs…both the property and grounds are absolutely beautiful and so well cared for. Would highly recommend for a wonderful, relaxing stay!

4 happy years in a row at Warm Brook!

We were immediately drawn to the charm of Warm Brook and have come back 4 years in a row! The house is beautiful, comfortable, and immaculately clean, making you feel right at home. Our kids love the hot tub right outside of the kitchen and the cozy bed built into the wall! The paint colors are fantastic and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could need. Trevor and Piper are so thoughtful that they always leave pantry staples and a dozen fresh eggs from their chickens, as well as a pasta dinner in case you need an easy meal when you arrive. Perhaps most importantly, Trevor is always available and responsive. He makes you feel like a welcome guest and is always helpful, communicative, and makes it clear that he genuinely wants you to have a wonderful stay. Warm Brook is the best!

Beautiful Home

Had such a fantastic girls weekend, home was beautiful, well stocked and clean. Hosts were incredibly thoughtful, left snacks/beverages, emailed us in advance and truly wanted to ensure we had a wonderful time. Can't say enough good things!

Fun Xmas in Vt

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely farmhouse in Vermont. The hot tub was so much fun and the atmosphere was amazing. The host did a great job at communicating and stocking the home with all amenities needed. We would love to come back.

Amazing, stunning, wonderful and peaceful place. We went to be together for a family reunion and Warm Brook was the perfect location! Trevor and Piper and the best hosts and offer everything you would ever need in the home, we cooked several meals and it was so nice to be stocked with condiments, spices and everything nice! Highly recommend this beautiful spot!

Charming Home

We had a great week at Warm Brook Farm!! The house was ideal for gathering with family . This home is a perfect combination of old & new. We are familiar with area so Cover-bridge swimming , Manchester shopping, and Wilcox ice cream are all part of the favorites . We can’t wait to return .

Amazing!

We loved this vrbo so much! Great location, not far from ski mountains or downtown Manchester so lots to do in the area. Trevor & Piper were great hosts and very quick to respond/communicate. We will be coming back to Warm Brook Farm in the future!!

College Reunion

This was the perfect house for six women to relax and reminisce about 50 years of friendship. Trevor and Piper have thought of every detail to assure your stay is wonderful. The kitchen was a delight to cook meals. The hot tub and outdoor fireplace was enjoyed each evening. This home couldn’t have been more perfect! Thank you!

The most amazing place!

Warm Brook Farm is so beautiful, peaceful and in the perfect location. Convenient to both Bennington and Manchester. The home itself is warm and very inviting with amazing “perks” for guests. The owners are excellent communicators. Definitely will be back! Cannot wait.

Highly recommend - the perfect home for a getaway!

The home is adorable - you can tell how much love and care the owners put into that home and the property as a whole. We really enjoyed listening to the record player and relaxing in the hot tub. The backyard is gorgeous and we loved sitting up on the hill and looking at the stars at night. Thanks for a fantastic 4th of July!

Absolutly Amazing!!!!!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! The house is warm and inviting, the gardens and outdoor space we absolutely loved and used the most for my younger children! The house was immaculate and stocked with everything we needed. Piper and Trevor were fantastic with anything we needed! LOVE this place and highly recommend! Can't wait to go back!

Beautiful, picturesque country home

This is a really special place. It's a beautiful, historic farmhouse that's been lovingly restored with great taste and creature comforts. We loved cooking in the large kitchen and hanging out and dining on the back patio, including using the hot tub. The main road is a bit closer than you'd expect from the photos, but it was a non-issue. We felt secluded in the expansive back yard with the beautiful view and all was quiet when inside. The hosts kindly provide basic necessities, including fresh eggs. There's a blue-tooth sound system with indoor/outdoor speakers. Attractive dining-, living-, and tv-rooms. Great place and location!

Cute and Comfortable

I reserved this house for myself, brother, somewhat elderly parents and their dog as a home base for a wedding weekend. It was perfect. The house is a combination of old New England charm with touches of modernity. You’ve got creaky floors and WiFi!The beds were very comfortable in all three bedrooms, the hot tub was great, and there are fish and bullfrogs in the little pond. My 80 year old parents navigated the stairs adequately, but they are a bit steep, fitting with the age of the house. The couches in the sitting room and living room are comfy for chatting and/or TV watching. The gardens and grounds are HUGE! The pooch loved romping about, she’s a good girl who doesn’t need a fenced yard. This home is very well maintained, charming and comfortable. Would definitely book again if need arise.

Amazing weekend!

We stayed at WB farm last weekend and had a great time! The house was perfect! The owners thought of every detail including leaving us fresh eggs, cookies and wine as a welcome gift. Communication with the hosts was amazing. The house was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Our dogs enjoyed all of the doggie amenities they provided as well. Our three boys loved spending every night in the hot tub and the drive to Bromley and Manchester was super convenient and no more than 10-20 minutes depending on where you are going. We will definitely return to WB in the future! Thank you Trevor and Piper!

Incredible

If you are looking to get away to a true Vermont town look no further. Warm Brook farm is amazing! You feel like you’ve stepped back in time and into an amazing story book. Despite the old world charm, all of the modern day comforts are available. We had an amazing time listening to records, playing board games, and cooking. The house is incredibly well stocked . The beds are extremely comfortable. Overall the house was spotless. To top off the entire experience, Trevor was amazing to deal with. He was so responsive and answered all of our questions. Everyone in my group is already looking to come back! Do not hesitate to book this beautiful home!

perfect rental in every way

We loved everything about Warm Brook Farm! Every inch of the house was spotless when we arrived. It is beautifully decorated with so many charming touches. The owners have truly thought of everything to make the house cozy, relaxing, and special. The kitchen is incredibly-well equipped, the beds and linens were top quality, and the hot tub was wonderful after spending the days skiing. The owners went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, including providing a dozen beautiful eggs from their own flock and a full pasta dinner. Trevor was a consumate host, checking in to make sure we were finding everything we needed and offering to let us stay a couple of hours later due to an incoming storm. He clearly enjoys being a host and making Warm Brook the exceptional spot it is. This rental is such a gem and we feel fortuante to have found it. We can't wait to return!
