Family time at the lake

Great Home

Upon arrival, power was out from a freak storm. Not owners fault. Just was worried about our cooler items going bad. Made the best of a bad situation. Owners were good to deal with. Power came on late morning the following day. Home is in great shape. Beautiful. Well equipped. Dock was handy. Owner gave us the local boat rental name and we enjoyed the lake. Highly recommend this home.

Gorgeous Property.

This home was perfect for our family vacation. The house is so beautiful and modern offering everything we needed and more. The view of the lake is breathtaking. We enjoyed every moment here. The kitchen is well stocked for a big family. The mattresses are very comfortable. These hosts are super hosts. Communication was immediate and they responded promptly to all the needs we had. Will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Trip

We had a wonderful time! The house was beautiful and well stocked! There were 15 of us and we had plenty of room in the house. The host, Page and Eric were very responsive and kind. I highly recommend renting this house!!!!

The perfect Smith Lake property

This is the perfect property for a large family or family and friends. This house has TWO full size kitchens and laundry rooms. One upstairs and another downstairs. The third floor has games such as PAC MAN, and air hockey as well as two double beds that I am sure your children or grandchildren would like to call their space. The boat dock has a slip for two full size boats or pontoon boats, a jet ski dock and a super big swimming dock complete with plenty od sitting area for the adults. The house is a first class home that you can tell that no corners were cut during the building of this wonderful home. Our group of 8 adults and three children were super comfortable with room to spare. We plan on staying here again next summer.

Work Christmas gathering

We brought our work family to the lake for dinner and an overnight stay.This Lake House was awesome. Plenty of room for everyone to mingle and enjoy the time together.

Family Vacation

It was great. Lots if water equipment for older kids to play with. Plenty of life vests even for little ones. Beautiful lake and amazing house. We had so much fun. Best hosts ever- so nice and easy to communicate. They do everything they can to make you stay great. Definitely recommend to others.

My family of 15 stayed here for a week. The house had more than enough room for us. The owners had thought of everything, even baby gates on stairs. They were responsive immediately if we had questions or needed help at the house. We have already booked again for next year. Thank y'all for a great stay!

As advertised. No buyers remorse!

Great property and setup. Has everything you will possibly need plus some. Too many extras to list. The house is amazing and was immaculate upon arrival. Great outdoor seating from the wrap around upper deck, the bottom porch with hot tube all the way down to the dock where we spent a lot of our time. Loved the section of lake we were on. Great spot for pulling the kids on a tube or board. And rock creek marina is just a 3 minute boat ride away. A must to go fill up with fuel and feed the fish off their dock. And lastly the owners were so nice and helpful through out the stay!! A must visit property and we will be back!!

Best Lake trip ever

This house was amazing. The owners are by far the nicest i have rented from. They made sure we were able to find the house and all of the wonderful amenities they offered. The kids had so many options for indoor and outdoor entertainment. Kayaks, paddle boards, lily pad, and life jackets outdoors. TV's , air hockey, ping pong, and pacman indoors. The bathrooms in both master bathrooms were massive and having 2 kitchens was perfect for multiple families or cooking large meals. We will definitely be back and cannot thank eric and page enough for sharing their beautiful home with my family.

FIVE STARS!!!!!

This beautiful place exceeded all expectations! Page, our host, communicated VERY well, responded quickly, and was a pleasure to interact with. The house was extremely spacious and accommodating for all 20 of us. EXCEPTIONALLY CLEAN! Breathtaking views of the lake no matter where you are in the house!! NO steps at all to the dock was a huge plus! The house has three levels and two full kitchens stocked with every kitchen gadget you can think of. Paddle boards, kid’s kayaks, a lily pad, and plenty of life jackets were all available for us to use on the lake. And if you forget your beach towel, they have those too! Our group said it was the best vacation we’ve ever had. We will be back!!!

Highly Recommend!

We couldn’t have been happier with our first experience at Smith Lake! The owners were amazing and very responsive to all our needs. The home was well stocked and we honestly could have come with just food and clothes and have been completely comfortable( i.e. high chair, pack and play, blankets, towels, soap, coffee, toilet paper, and more)! They had great suggestions of where to rent boats and places to eat around smith lake! We can’t wait to book again!
