There was hair all over our sheets, it looked like several leaks from the ceiling in the walls, the breakfast food tasted old, glass in the parking lot, lawn wasnt cared for, and its a dog friendly hotel so that was not cool, my animals didnt have a safe spot to go potty. And the room had a strange musty odor to it.

The bed was hard as heck , I’ve been here plenty of times and it has never been this bad, the side entryway was broken , unsafe. Bottom of pool things were coming off. Games don’t work, the ice smh It’s been a year since I’ve been back and I can definitely see a lot of change and not good change.

This place had mold everywhere in the halls definitely the worst hotel spend the extra and get the other hotel super loud at night time of people partying and drinking in by pool

The room we got wasnt the one advertised when i booked. Their breakfast consisded of waffles and sometimes yogurt with a side of stale bagles and bread. The second floor is NOT handicap accessible, theres no elevator. And one guy on the staff was real rude when i asked if it aas okay for my mom to come see her grand baby for a couple hours. We were told if she came into the building he would charge my card for another room

Had mold, actual holes in the floor of the second story where you could lose a shoe. Outlets missing covers. Dirty floors water damage just an outright dump

Clean Place.
Nice Older facility. But very roomy. The Breakfast was typical Hotel breakfast (waffles, muffins, yogurt, juice and coffee. Only thing I noticed was the bathroom could a upgrade. Friendly and polite staff. Has indoor pool and small amusement area. Would stay again.

Do not stay here,. The pictures are deceving, this place is not taken care of, I think I was only one of another family there. The breakfast was old bread and cereal, and a waffle maker. I should have known when I pulled up in the parking lot and there were no cars.....

room was very clean and so was other areas. swimming pool was very dirty ,water was ok put waslls were brown and dirty , coating on bottom of pool shot, my daughter was bringing up pieces of paint by the hand full.

I had a good stay at this hotel and I’m very picky! For others wanting to know it’s quite a neat stay for a couple of nights and good breakfast!

I ask to be as far away from the pool as possible and . I was right next to it. A few rooms down from me was a dog that barked all nite. I had to get up early for work.

Took forever to get checked in, only one key per room açaí al left, unable to figure out how to turn hot tub on. Never saw a single employee other then the one at front desk, bathroom door didn’t shut, only hot water for a few minutes, ceilings along wall cracked and different color. Seemed fairly clean other then that.

The rooms were clean and had been updated. The breakfast was severely lacking and the pool area did not appear well maintained or cleaned.

The property was filthy. Even the front atrium windows looked like a 3yr old washed them a year ago. Room has not been updated or looks like it hasent been in 30 yrs. Breakfast at best was poor. Stafff at front desk did not know what he was doing. The staff did not speak english. Ruined my weekend vacation. Also room 142 had holes in walls and was dirty. Doubt it if room was sanatized in anyway.

Nothing special. The faucet leaked, the fixtures were loose, and the breakfast options were meager. BUT the staff was courteous and hard-working. They were very, very good! One nice thing was that the cooling system was central, as opposed to an individual room unit. This meant that it was nice a quiet and efficient. That is unusual for a motel in this price range. Greatly appreciated.

Modest - okay
We had a good stay. The facility is older and showed it. The room smelled a little musty. The bed was comfortable. The hotel layout is spread out making unloading by and loading more inconvenient. For second floor rooms there was no elevators!

very nice place. clean and comfortable rooms. pool closes at 9 but QUIET TIME isnt till 12 . had to be up very early the next day and wasnt happy after complaining to front desk at 11:30 they should ask if you want atrium room or not. would have been much better with exterior room

Two holes in ceiling near window. Rained in and dripped over floor, nightstand, etc. Staff was indifferent about it. Room should never have been rented to anyone until major repairs were made. We took several pictures on this!!! Several apparently illegals (possibly from Somalia) were loitering around the building entrances, not a comfortable situation. VERY DISAPPOINTED AND WILL BE CALLING CORPORATE OFFICE REPORTING THIS AND WILL SEND PHOTOGRAPHS OF THIS DUMP!
