Great location in Arkansas City

We were in town for a funeral and were able to find this great place to stay. Everything you needed for just a night or long weekend away.

Very good and centrally located. Our only small problem was the stairs to the door, but we are older people so that's not a fault of the property. It is clean and comfortable and I do recommend it!

Its very cute and very small. But it suited our needs perfectly as we weren't there alot. The kitchen was fully equipped and the parking was close. It was quiet and secure at night. The host was very responsive and pleasant when we had questions. I would for sure stay again!

This place was perfect for what I needed! It’s simple, clean, comfortable and affordable! I was in town for a wedding that was just a two block walk from the studio. This is definitely a place I will check on for the next time I need a spot in the area.

The studio was a very cute, roomy and well-appointed space. We especially enjoyed the electric fireplace.Everything was sparkling clean and having a complete kitchen was an added plus. It was nice to have a place that was more than a bedroom, and comfortable enough that friends and family could stop by and hang out.We loved the place.

We had an amazing time staying in this small town. We are small town people. We enjoyed all the history of Ark City! We tried to explore and learn so much in our short stay. This little BnB was perfect! We plan to come back for another stay soon. Thanks for a great weekend stay! The information left in the BnB was a great touch! Thanks again!

Short Stay

It was a cute little place, very clean, just a little difficult to get in and out of bed since it was so low to the ground.

Everything was great. The owner was very responsive and quick! We had a tiny issue with the door code and she took care of it faster than could be expected. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I’ve slept on. The location was perfect. Great experience and we’ll definitely be back!
