"Man wird in dem Hotel sehr herzlich empfangen und wechselt immer gerne ein Wort an der Rezeption. Das Familienzimmer ist wie ein 5 Sterne Hotel eingerichtet. Für uns waren diese zwei Zimmer sehr wichtig, da wir als Freundinnen gereist sind. Es wird täglich gereinigt. Das Frühstück ist prima! Wir haben direkt vor dem Hotel geparkt. Man sollte vorher an der Rezeption fragen, wie die Parkregelungen sind, da diese von Monat zu Monat wechseln."

"Our second time staying at St. John Villas, it is extremely restful & quiet, being on the hillside above Tsilivi itself. The trade-off for this is that there is a 10 minute walk down the hill to the town, which is pleasant enough - but not so pleasant making the return journey - the 8-10 euros for a taxi is a no-brainer! We had a couple of small issues with the villa which were dealt with immediately by the staff with no fuss. We will definitely stay here again."

"We had a lovely family holiday at Villa Nout. Communication prior to the visit and the check in procedure were excellent. The location for the beach and local shops/bars is excellent, though the photographs on the listing are very outdated. "Das Haus besteht aus 2 getrennten Wohnungen. Die Waschmaschine ist in der unteren Wohnung. Sehr großes Haus, viele Schlafzimmer und Bäder. Alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Der Pool wird regelmäßig gereinigt. Das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Gegend. Viele Obstbäume im Garten, die Schatten spenden. Die Grillecke ist auch super! "We had the privilage of staying at this gorgeous little home. The ideal location to explore the gorgeous island of Zakynthos. We did not hire a car, the walk to town and the beach was fine for us. We booked excursions directly from the many vendours in town. A beautfully clean and perfectly equipped property, it suited us, the little pool was a godsend in the upper 30's heat. "The overall stay was enjoyable but the villa was advertised as 'luxury' and we feel this isn't quite the case. The area in which the villa is situated is lovely, secluded and quiet but within the villa its self the kitchen is under equipped with the bare minimum utensils, pots, pans etc. There were no 'pantry' items at all tea, coffee, salt, herbs, etc The patio furniture was very old and cushion covers were ripped. "Angelos and his staff are very friendly and helpfull. He picked us up from the bus station (and drove us back when we left). He makes a great BBQ once a week. The hotel looks very new, and lovely. The bedroom is very spacious (we rent one with a small kitchen), and the bathroom is really nice, it has a good balcony with a table. All is very clean and nicely decorated. The pool was also great. On the last day, we ate there and the food was very good and big. The only downside I could mention is...

"The villa is very modern, well appointed and ideal for smaller groups. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay including basics like washing up liquid, washing tablets, bin bags and kitchen roll. There is lots of wardrobe/draw/storage space and lots of hangers which is great.The checking in process was quick and easy and the host was very helpful and easily contactable by WhatsApp. There were some lovely welcome items waiting for us too. "An amazing stay for an 11 night holiday. Central location with shops, restaurants, supermarkets and beach within walking distance. The host and the cleaner were very friendly, welcoming and very attentive to any questions or needs we had. Overall an excellent location to stay and had all the amenities for a comfortable stay.
