"Our second time staying at St. John Villas, it is extremely restful & quiet, being on the hillside above Tsilivi itself. The trade-off for this is that there is a 10 minute walk down the hill to the town, which is pleasant enough - but not so pleasant making the return journey - the 8-10 euros for a taxi is a no-brainer! We had a couple of small issues with the villa which were dealt with immediately by the staff with no fuss. We will definitely stay here again."

"We had a lovely family holiday at Villa Nout. Communication prior to the visit and the check in procedure were excellent. The location for the beach and local shops/bars is excellent, though the photographs on the listing are very outdated. There is a large hotel adjacent, which causes shade on the villa pool from mid afternoon. The noise from the hotel was not intrusive. It just provided some quiet background music to our al fresco dinner, which we found quite pleasant. The garden is tired and...

"Angelos and his staff are very friendly and helpfull. He picked us up from the bus station (and drove us back when we left). He makes a great BBQ once a week. The hotel looks very new, and lovely. The bedroom is very spacious (we rent one with a small kitchen), and the bathroom is really nice, it has a good balcony with a table. All is very clean and nicely decorated. The pool was also great. On the last day, we ate there and the food was very good and big. The only downside I could mention is...

"We had the privilage of staying at this gorgeous little home. The ideal location to explore the gorgeous island of Zakynthos. We did not hire a car, the walk to town and the beach was fine for us. We booked excursions directly from the many vendours in town. A beautfully clean and perfectly equipped property, it suited us, the little pool was a godsend in the upper 30's heat. The owners could not have been more welcoming and kind. It made our first trip to Zakynthos such a happy and memorable...

"Great location to stay in Tsilivi, very central and everything easily walkable. Katerina and Spiros were excellent hosts, nothing too much trouble for them and their team. Pool area was very good as were the cocktails! Would highly recommend!"

"We loved the property as it was a modern, beautiful and great to have a quiet break. Spacious, clean, comfortable with multiple relaxing areas. Pool was fantastic with outside kitchen with covered cabana area.Excellent heat control with Aircon and shutters.The supply of essentials we found on arrival was a great surprise.An awesome property which we would recommend to anyone, adults or families."

"Huset ligger smukt midt i vinmarkerne og har pæretræer m.v. omkring sig. Poolen er den bedste vi nogensinde har haft i Grækenland gennem årerne. Dejlige værelser med tilhørende badeværelser. "Such a wonderful villa! Location is perfect. 100m walk to a small quiet beach, 200m to a supermarket, another few hundred meters to shops, pharmacy and some great restaurants. The villa is clean and has everything you need, including good AC. Our children especially loved the fantastic pool, which was cleaned daily. "Uitstekend. Zeer vriendelijke host die het complex en de bar runde. Mooi en groot appartement, we zaten in Coco palm deluxe. Het zwembad is wat klein maar je loopt in 5 min naar de zee. Er is ook regelmatig schoongemaakt, heerlijk. We hebben alleen de jacuzzi niet gebruikt omdat we de leidingen niet vertrouwden op legionella."
