"It was a really nice place tucked in surrounded by pine trees. Everything was clean and comfortable. The only probably i had was the hot tub was dirty, other than that everything was great"

"You definitely need a car with high clearance and all or 4WD. The roads are rough, so plan to take it slow. High Grove Road is worse than a washboard. I actually prefer the dips and ruts of the other roads, lol. Space is great. Quite, lots of stars. Ended up being there in a snow storm and it was the perfect excuse to curl up on the couch, with the wood stove blazing and a book. Exactly what I wanted. Wished I had had longer to stay there. "

"Kids loved the game room and spent a great deal of time there. EVERYONE loved the massage chair, so it was in use a lot of the time. Everyone loved the movie room too. Great location to see wildlife just about everyday as we saw multiple deer, and multiple javelinas just about every day. Close to enough to Prescott if we needed anything or to go shopping or out to eat. Private suite was a nice escape/getaway for one couple. Good size kitchen and plenty of tables and eating spaces. "My entire family plus friends loved staying at this property. We gathered for my sons graduation from NAU plus a trip to snow bowl. Everything was excellent, and all families had enough space and enjoyed all amenities. Will definitely book again for future stays."

With three families and kids of various ages this home provided the space for everyone to bond, but also have a fun zone (game room) and chill zone. Small dog lives upstairs and you can hear it when it runs around - I am a dog person so none issue for me but feel like I should mention in case that is something that would bother somebody. 2. "This house was absolutely perfect for our annual family trip. This 12 bedroom home gave everyone lots of privacy, but had so much common areas. The game room was thoughly enjoyed by all ages. This home is centally located for all sites in this beautiful state. Check was real easy. The host, Nicole was awesome. I highly recommend this location for any large group. Absolutely perfect.
