"Excellent location. Walkable to several restaurants and shopping. Easy access and easy parking. Nice layout and prompt reply to questions we had about the unit. We used the gym and it was a nice bonus. Having a washer and dryer came in handy after hiking camelback mountain and the utv excursion. Clean place with all the thinfs we needed/wanted. "

"I had high hopes for our stay based on the lovely pictures and high ratings that the place has. Now that I've stayed there, I really don't understand how it has such a high rating. There were a few pretty major issues that would make me not want to stay there again or recommend the place to others. It's really hot in Tempe, so I'd expect to be able to cool down in my lodging. "Lovely, clean home in quiet area. Loved the open floor plan and the heated pool when stayed there late March 2026. The house has 2 full bathrooms with low step in showers. "Location was great. The property was clean. Received great communication from the manager. The kitchen was sparsely equipped. Great fridge and stove, very minimal in utensils, and kitchen towels. There was no need for the large wine fridge for short-term rental. The bathroom did not have safety features in the tub/shower areas. No non-skid strips, and safety handles were missing.
