I was running so late for my daughters UNT grad ceremony, I pulled in and sweet Kim was waiting for me outside at my room door which I parked feet from! Explained the digutal door lock etc- and I was in.My brother came there after for his room and asked Kim was there any food around, she said no but...

"The property itself was nice. Check-in and out instructions were good. However, for 4 adult women to only have 4 bath towels for 3 nights…there should have been more towels. Also, there were no sheets or blanket provided for the pull out bed. There was a smell in the apartment we couldn’t figure out then realized potatoes had been left in the pantry from previous guests I presume. There were no tissue boxes available. I think for the money, these small details could have been better."

"The apartment was sooo cute and cozy for sure. It does need a few things. The dishes was in the dishwasher when we got there. The shower head needs changed, there is no water pressure. The dishwasher, washer and shower needs a really good deep clean. There floor needs swept, n mopped. The shower door needs repaired it makes a noose like it’s about to fall and brake. I don’t like to leave a bad review. But as a business owner I do like the input so we can fix things that needs attention. Other...

"Sheets were dirty for one of the beds. Windows in the kitchen were not latched (so someone could’ve broken in). House looked like it was under renovation (walls looked like they were being worked on). Hand soaps were filled with water. Fire alarm was ripped out. There was an old wash cloth left on top of the shower head. No iron or iron board or washer and dryer as advertised. Minimal check in or check out instructions."
