Large, charming house of 300 m², nestled in the wine-growing village of Argeliers, ideal for large gatherings with family or friends. Spacious and welcoming, it can accommodate up to 14 people thanks to its 6 bedrooms spread over two levels. It also features a superb covered patio for relaxing and enjoying delicious meals.

The sleeping arrangements are thoughtful and comfortable: three bedrooms on the first level (each with a double bed 140x190 cm and a single bed 90x190 cm), and three bedrooms on the second level (one bedroom with a double bed 140x190 cm, another with a double bed 140x190 cm and a single bed 120x190 cm, and a third with a double bed 140x190 cm). Beds and linens are provided for a worry-free stay.

Numerous and convenient bathrooms: a shared bathroom on the first floor with a bathtub, shower, double vanity, and toilet; on the second floor, a master suite with a shower, vanity, and toilet; and the blue bedroom with its own bathroom (bathtub, vanity, and toilet).
There is also a separate toilet on the ground floor.

Amenities include: a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, gas hob, extractor hood, American-style fridge-freezer, dishwasher, utensils, crockery, toaster, kettle, coffee maker), washing machine, bed linen provided, baby cot available upon request, and iron. Comfort and safety are further enhanced by reversible air conditioning on the upper floors and a smoke detector.
