A fully equipped kitchen: refrigerator, microwave, 3-burner glass-ceramic cooktop, electric oven, dishwasher, assorted dishes, Senseo coffee maker, electric kettle, iron, and ironing board.

A bathroom with a large shower, storage space, a washing machine, and a separate toilet.

There is a bakery and a pharmacy downstairs from the apartment, as well as a small shopping center just a few steps away, featuring: a restaurant serving local cuisine, a seafood restaurant, a tobacco shop, a greengrocer, an ice cream shop, a beach shop, and a wine cellar.
