VILLA SAN SISINIO is located in a hilly area, a few steps from the centre of Argegno, one of the most renowned destinations on Lake Como. Internally arranged on two floors, with 3 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living room, kitchen, private garden with jacuzzi, large lake view terrace, 2 private parking spaces and shared swimming pool. The villa is equipped with Wi-Fi, TV and heating.ADDITIONAL INFORMATIONVILLA SAN SISINIO is a charming villa located a few hundred metres from the centre of Argegno. It is internally arranged on two floors, at the entrance a large living room with TV, dining table and access to the large lake view terrace. Two double bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms, one with shower and the other with bath. Down the stairs the modern kitchen is fully equipped with induction hob, fridge, kettle, toaster, dishwasher and coffee machine. Large sliding patio doors give access to the private outdoor space consisting of a large garden with private Jacuzzi and a wonderful lake view terrace. A shared swimming pool is also available to guests.

The villa does not have air conditioning, but fans will be at guests\' disposal, has 2 private parking spaces, Wi-Fi, and can accommodate up to 6 people.ACCESSIBILITY AND PARKINGVILLA SAN SISINIO can be reached by car and has 2 private parking spaces. A small cobbled road of about 150 metres, which can be travelled by car, will lead you to the entrance gate. This last stretch of road is a bit narrow, but even larger cars can pass. You just have to get used to it.

Argegno is a very lively village throughout the year. The village offers shops, restaurants, bars, a pharmacy, post office, banks, schools, a beautiful equipped beach, a charming little harbour, a characteristic historical centre, but above all countless natural beauties that can be admired thanks to pleasant walks. Well connected by public transport via boats and buses, it is easily accessible to and from all lake destinations. It is 20 km from Como and 15 km from Cernobbio, where there is the motorway entrance to Milan and Lugano.

In Argegno you can rent a boat or bicycles, relax at the Lido, reach the village of Pigra (by cable car or by car), take the boat to explore the other villages on the lake and walk in the middle of nature.

On Monday mornings, there is a market on the Argegno lakeside: fish, cheese, cold cuts, flowers and clothes. The necessities at hand!

There are 2 grocery shops in Argegno, but the nearest super market is called Sigma, in the village of Lenno, 6 km away.GETTING AROUNDPlease note that the taxi service on Lake Como is not always reliable or readily available. We therefore advise against relying on it once you have reached your destination. We suggest evaluating alternative options such as public transport (buses and boats), hiring a car or using pre-booked private drivers.

In the centre of Argegno, the boat and bus stop will be at your disposal.

We recommend travelling by car, as the villa has 2 private parking spaces.

Easy access to the airports, Milan and Lugano, all of which are about an hour\'s drive away.
