Stunning three bedroomed detached Villa overlooking the Argaka coastline (sleeps 6).

The property consists of one king sized bedroom (en-suite). One double bedroom and one twin bedroom.

Large open plan lounge with comfortable soft furnishings providing two sets of double patio doors that lead out to a great sized patio area, offering fantastic views of the coastline and mountains. From the terrace there are a small flight of steps that take you down to the lower ground level and pool area.

The lounge provides a large flat screen TV offering a huge selection including all English and movie channels. Super-fast Broadband and wi-fi is provided. The lounge flows through to an open-plan and light-filled dining room with comfortable seating for six persons.

The open plan kitchen is well equipped with electric oven and ceramic hob, modern washing machine and full-sized dishwasher. There is a large fridge/freezer and breakfast bar. The cupboards are extremely well stocked with cooking utensils, crockery and storage space, everything you could want or need. A real home-from-home 😊

There is a cloakroom on this level providing toilet and wash-hand basin.

A set of wide marble stairs lead you up the bright staircase with feature windows to the upper level which contains the bedrooms, all air-conditioned with far reaching views of the sea and mountains and modern bathrooms.

Outside, the property sits in its own gated, fenced and hedged grounds that wrap entirely around the property. There is ample parking for two cars on the driveway, but parking is also freely available at the kerbside.

To the rear there is a large veranda with ample seating and table and chairs for al-fresco dining which can also be accessed direct from the lounge and dining area. To the side there is a pebbled garden with further seating.

To the other side, there is a gate (for child safety) which leads to a small set of stairs which take you down to the lower ground level which houses the beautiful and well-maintained private pool area which also contains a shower. This is the perfect place to unwind, relax and enjoy your peaceful surroundings, with the gentle sound of the sea in the background.

By night, with nothing to spoil the view of the coast and with very little light pollution, you can enjoy the peace and tranquility of the surroundings whilst gazing at the star-filled sky. It is magnificent 😊

This property is situated approximately a 5-minute walk to the beach (or 2 minutes by car). The beach runs for miles in either direction, heading towards either Polis and Latchi, or in the other direction towards Pomos, a beautiful bay which also hosts a little fishing harbour and beach with beach bar over the summer months. You will find that certain beaches along this stretch of coastline contain metal-framed domed objects. These are used to identify turtle nesting sites. Please treat these areas with respect and do not disturb the nests. If you are lucky during your visit, you may have the opportunity to see the hatchlings.

Along this coastal road you will also find a plethora of traditional eateries and bars and in the summer months, most of them offer a spot to eat right on the beach and in the evenings, many offer free entertainment.

Local eateries include Liza’s Place, Santa Barbara, Fly Again Grillhouse and Mamma Mia’s to name just a few. During the summer we would highly recommend heading in the direction of Polis and only a short drive from the property you will fall upon a traditional taverna called Pas To Kima, situated on the beach. Here they offer traditional Greek Nights on a Thursday, and you are guaranteed to enjoy an amazing meal along with an authentic evening of entertainment. Be warned though, you will most likely need to book as it is very popular.

There are some wonderful walks in this area, where you are surrounded by nature, and Cyprus at its absolute best, unspoilt with expansive space, nature trails and amazing drives up to the Troodos mountains where you may be lucky enough to see the Moufflon along the way. If you do, then it is supposed to bring you luck, as they are fairly elusive !
