Absolutely amazing! The villa is beautiful. The private chef was out of this world. The owners were so kind and friendly. We highly recommend this villa and would stay here again and again. It was so hard to leave. The location was amazing for day trips all in the Tuscany area. 10 out of 10!!!!!

Our stay at Villa Frassineta from start to finish was incredible! Our hosts Michelle and Daniela were amazing - always quick to respond to any questions, very helpful and accommodating. The villa is absolutely stunning! It is a quintessential, charming Tuscan villa with all the modern amenities and beautifully decorated. The grounds and outdoor space were breathtaking, We were four couples and the size of the was great for gathering as well as allowing for personal space when needed. Each couple had their own bedroom and ensuite, with bedrooms and bathrooms to spare. The kitchen was perfect and well equipped. Michelle arranged for a private chef one night which was delicious and such a treat.The location was very central and convenient for day trips to gorgeous nearby towns and cities. I cannot say enough about our wonderful stay at Villa Frassineta!! We all truly enjoyed our time spent there and will cherish the memories!Grazie mille Michelle e Daniela!!

Memorable stay

Perfect place for a big family.

We have enjoyed our days in the fantastic villa, surrounded by beautiful settings including a kitchen garden, a magnificent pool, and not least a stunning view from the rooms. The house has plenty of space for the whole family and everything worked perfectly! The area also has a lot to offer for those who want to explore more of the Tuscan charm. A visit to the local winery, Tenuta di Frassineto Cantina, is a great opportunity to taste the region's excellent wines and experience the production up close. For those who love shopping, Valdichiana Outlet Village offers a wide range of stores with great deals. A trip to the nearby city of Arezzo is also highly recommended; here you can find many good restaurants where you can enjoy authentic Tuscan cuisine.

A Gorgeous Property in Tuscany

Our group of 11 adults and 2 babies had an amazing stay at Villa Frassineta. The villa is at least ten times more beautiful than the pictures suggest, with a mix of old architecture and antiques with modern conveniences. Most of the bedrooms have en suite baths, and there is a beautiful living space on each floor as well as a full ground floor with kitchen, living room, and dining room. The grounds are at least 100 times more beautiful than the pictures, with a perfect outdoor dining area, a spectacular pool area with shade, and gorgeous gardens and lawns. The location makes for easy day trips to places like Florence, Siena, Assisi, and the Val d’Orcia. Arezzo has a charming, beautiful, and very uncrowded historical center. Most importantly, Daniela and her family are outstanding hosts. Our communication with them both before and during our stay was superb. Daniela helped us plan our stay, including booking a chef for one memorable meal. When questions arose during our week, her response was immediate. As one of our group said about our stay, “This is the dream.” We hope to return soon. Thank you, Daniela and family!

Taste of Tuscany

This is an amazing property with lots of charm. It had everything we needed to be entirely comfortable. We loved cooking in the kitchen, sitting by the fireplace enjoying a glass of wine , exploring the grounds or just finding a quiet spot and reading. Frassineto is close to some amazing villages with their historic “Centros”. Truly an amazing Tuscan experience. We did hire a chef to give us cooking lessons and to prepare a 4 course meal and it was a great experience at a great value. We loved this place.

Zalig verblijf in Villa Frassineta in Frassineto

We hadden een supergoed verblijf. Ons gezin bestond uit 10 volwassenen en 5 kinderen. Iedereen had zijn eigen kamer + badkamer. Het huis was kraaknet bij aankomst. Het zwembad is groot, proper en veilig voor de kinderen. Het domein is proper en ruim. De gastvrouw Daniela beantwoorde alle vragen per mail vooraf en was enorm vriendelijk bij aankomst. Het is een droomverblijf in een rustige omgeving op beperkte afstand van Toscaanse stadjes. We komen in de toekomst zeker nog terug! Een echte aanrader in "La Bella Italia"!

Wonderful group holiday

The villa was perfect for our size group-friends from High School. 3 couples and 4 single women. Everyone had their own bedroom and only 2 people had to share a bathroom. And the bathrooms were modern and lovely. The location is perfect for day trips to SE, and Central Tuscany. Daniela was a wonderful communicator taking care of all our questions. And we had a fun delicious special dinner with chef Leonardo. Kitchen was fully equipped to cook in and the outdoor area and pool were perfect. The winery down the road was another wonderful outing. But everyone should be aware of the step to the dining room, which can be a tripping hazard. We truly had a vacation to remember.

Two perfect weeks

Daniela was wonderful to communicate with before band during our stay. The property is so beautifully maintained and the house, pool, and grounds are even more attractive than the pictures on the VRBO site. Our family enjoyed the outside patio and spacious well equipped kitchen. I have to say the AC was a blessing in the heat as was the swimming pool. Words cannot convey our gratitude for the time together in the magical setting. It was a memory making once in a lifetime vacation. Many thanks Daniela for sharing your home, and for facilitating the arrangements with Giacomo for a fun cooking class in the Villa.

Lovely holiday villa

We were a 3 generation family staying at Villa Frassineta for a (very hot) week. The villa worked really well for us, and the communication with Lucilla and Michele was great. Michele organised for the chef Leonardo to cook for us on one night, and I would really recommend that - it was a great experience. A really enjoyable week - I hope we will return.

A wonderful getaway

AMAZING TRIP! We had 14 people for 2 nights and we had the best time ever! We did a wine tour and it was right down the street so we walked there which was so convenient. We also had the host hired a private chef for us which was awesome. The meal was so great and the chef was very friendly. The house was perfect, clean and easily fit our group. We had so much fun hanging by the pool and using the bikes that were at the house. I would recommend this place to anyone, we had a wonderful and relaxing trip!

Una vacanza perfetta.

Abbiamo trascorso uno splendido soggiorno in questa Villa di fine 800 che conserva tutto il fascino dell'epoca pur essendo dotata dei confort che la rendono piacevole in ogni stagione. Il riscaldamento presente in ogni ambiente è stato molto efficiente malgrado la temperatura esterna fosse bassissima; la cucina è spaziosa e attrezzata di tutto il necessario per cucinare per tanti (noi eravamo in 12) e c'è una seconda bellissima cucina al primo piano; le camere sono tutte spaziose e luminose e arredate con stile, i letti comodi e le lenzuola di qualità; i bagni sono moderni con acqua calda a volontà. Infine la sala è calda e spaziosa, perfetta per cenare insieme e per rilassarsi davanti ad un moderno ed efficiente camino. Ci piacerebbe tornare durante la stagione calda per provare la piscina!

We loved everything about this property! Lucille was very easy to work with and accommodated our late arrival to the home. The home itself is breathtaking... you feel as if you are staying in a museum. The property is beautiful and well maintained. We hope to return someday.

Tuscan Paradise

The property is a gem. The villa has been restored with great care. The rooms are comfortable and the bathrooms are modern. The setting is fabulous! The outdoor area overlooks beautiful farmland and vineyards. You can walk to a winery that is a short walk from the villa. The villa has all the amenities you could ask for including wine and olive oil for purchase! We arranged a dinner to be prepared and served at the villa and the experience was wonderful. One of the best meals we had in Tuscany! We hope to return to this beautiful villa again in the future.

Zeer ruime en sfeervolle villa met prima zwembad

Sfeervolle en ruime villa, van alle gemakken voorzien. Het zwembad en grote tuin werden tijdens ons verblijf ook keurig onderhouden. Een echte aanrader voor wie van rust en ruimte houdt in het mooie Toscaanse landschap.
