Designed for your comfort, it also features a beautiful outdoor space with a garden and a covered area equipped with a barbecue, ideal for enjoying convivial meals throughout the summer.

Located close to the sea, Arès jetty and the beach, you will be able to enjoy lovely swimming and moments of relaxation by the seaside. For the rest of the time, set off to discover the region and let yourself be seduced by the many activities and landscapes awaiting you there.



Upon arrival at the house, you will find a living space with a dining table, a television, a decorative stove and the open-plan kitchen. Fully equipped, it has an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a kettle, a toaster and a Senseo coffee maker. Just next to it is a second living room with the lounge area, a larger dining table and access to the garden.



The house has 2 bedrooms:

Bedroom 1: has a Queen Size bed (160/200)

Bedroom 2: has 2 single beds (90/190)



A bathroom is also available with an independent toilet. A laundry room is also accessible with a washing machine and an iron.



To park, 1 private parking space in front of the house is available.
