Located in a private area with 24/7 surveillance that ensures privacy, tranquility and high-level security, the apartment has a convenient shuttle service (for a fee) that connects La Pineta to the center of the town.
Important note: to access the area by public transport, it is necessary to communicate the number plates in advance.
Immersed in a natural environment of great charm, the apartment allows you to experience moments of authentic relaxation among maritime pine trees, sea breeze and absolute silence. The well-kept and equipped condominium park offers perfect corners for reading, relaxing or simply enjoying the peace.
A few steps away, through reserved access with Pineta Card, you reach the suggestive Lungomare De André: a unique pedestrian and cycle path, built on the old railway, suspended between sea and cliff, ideal for walking, jogging or cycling.
For sports and leisure lovers, in the immediate vicinity there are bathing establishments and centers for activities such as surfing, SUP, freediving, pilates and yoga. The apartment, located on the fifth and last floor with elevator, consists of a bright living room, equipped kitchen, double bedroom and bathroom.
The real strong point is the panoramic terrace overlooking the sea, furnished to fully enjoy every moment of the day: from breakfast with the sound of the waves, to outdoor dinners, to aperitifs at sunset with a view of the Ligurian coast.
Perfect for a romantic getaway or a relaxing vacation, the accommodation combines comfort and functionality. The included private garage suitable for small cars (length 4.40 meters - internal width 2.60 meters - entrance gate 2.20 meters), represents a rare and precious plus in the area.
Harmonious environments, designed to offer comfort and style, equipped with air conditioning and heating, it is perfect in every season, both for summer stays and for romantic off-season getaways; thanks to its strategic position, it allows you to easily reach the beach, restaurants and main services. It is not allowed to smoke or organize parties inside the apartment. The apartment is located in a private and quiet condominium environment: guests are therefore required to behave respectfully and in line with the good rules of condominium life.
The property complies with municipal regulations for separate waste collection; all information will be provided upon check-in.
