"La casa esta bien, pero hay cositas que arreglar por seguridad como las puertas que no cogen los seguros bien, habia polvo en ventanas y no se veia que habia sido limpiada antes de recibirnos, la ventana de la cocina necesita poder cerrarse para que no se escape la llama de la estufa y entra mucho sol por esa ventana (alguna cortina). Deben sugerir las mejores rutas a tomar para llegar a la casa dependiendo de donde venga el huesped, el GPS te tira por las peores carreteras. "

"Our stay was amazing! Nelson the owner was amazing the best owner/host we could have asked for. The house was packed and stored with all that we needed to accommodate both adults and kids. The house look just as pictures. We had issues with loss of water the last two nights but nelson came with his workers and made sure the problem was resolve. He was very attentive and gave us a full itinerary of things nearby which was very helpful as well."

"Large property right across the street from the beach. Lots of activities on the property including a large pool. Bathrooms and rooms are a little outdated but in good shape. No A/C but the breeze from the ocean keeps things cool during the evening. The house is from the 50s so its older, but considering all its been through, its in good shape. Lost power on our last night there but this is a common occurrence anywhere you go in PR."

"This palatial estate was soMuch more lovely and amazing than the description. You need a car as it’s quite far out. The pool was wonderful for the kids and the house is right on the beach. The bedrooms rooms and livingroom area are very big and luxurious. Stock up On everything before You arrive as it’s far from everything. A perfect multigenerational family paradise! "Beautiful place for a family vacation. We had everything we needed for an enjoyable vacation. Good central location made it easy for us to enjoy activities from Rincon to Fajardo. Check in was a breeze. We were promptly greeted, given the keys and a tour. Beds were comfortable. Everything was very clean and in good working order.We spent the majority of our time in the backyard and patio. Good pool but a bit difficult to get out of. "Before our trip, our host warned us about the possible of having no power since they had a blackout the day before we were to arrive. Not only did we have power, but the house was clean and nice.
