"We did not receive the room we booked with a pull out couch. We spent a full day trying to resolve the issue with the facility. The day manager simply told us he’d let housekeeping know we didn’t have a pullout couch. "I had a king suite and it was nice size. The closet was spacious, the bathroom was big and the kitchen was nicely appointed. Literally my only issue was they don't have ice machines -- instead they have you turn on the ice maker in your fridge when you first check in. I was there two nights and didn't have any ice to use.
