"Everything was perfect, I just had bad luck that the key was not left in the lock and it took me more than an hour for them to answer me and be able to enter and it was thanks to the security man who helped us and the only one who answered immediately"

"Clean and accurately described in listing, location is great! Had a little trouble with check in process and unsure if there is wifi available. "

"All hand and bath towels were dirty. Showing stains of past users, and lazy cleaners. Upon check in, the back door of the unit was left open. The room smelled of stagnant air, like walking into a moist cloud of poorly aged oxygen."

"Great trip! Everything was perfect only thing I’d beware of is visiting her during summer due to lack of AC (common across all steamboat not a fault of the property) this property gets very hot. Otherwise nothing else was an issue!"

"Great access to town and the gondola."

"Amazing place to stay in the heart of downtown Steamboat."

"Great location - close to groceries, easy access to the bike trails, shuttle stop at the end of the driveway."

"Great spot from which to enjoy Steamboat. Perfect location and perfectly appointed. Would definitely rent again."

"Excellent communication, and very convenient location. The updates that were done in 2020 still look very nice. Just a couple of things to note: there was hair on the wall in the shower, shower drained extremely slowly, also the couch had dirt on it. The water and ice cube dispenser from the fridge does not work.Overall, really a very nice property, and I would recommend it. Thank you!"

"Incredibly disappointed in how our check in came together. There was much confusion that, unfortunately cost us a day of our vacation with little flex from the management about what happened in our situation. Additionally, the place doesn't have any current information about Steamboat. All of the magazines and info are at least 2 years old. And there was no information about where the hot tub and pool were so we didn't get to experience that either. So all in all it was a lack luster...
