"Pros: Great quiet location near Giant Steps. Property was perfect size for us and our dog. Parking was easy and plentiful. Beds were comfortable, though they are on the softer side so keep that in mind if you’re used to a firm mattress. Only hiccups were several bags of dog doo left on the outside patio by the previous guests (a bit of a bad impression out of the gate) and could not reach the host after check-in to receive the code for the hot tub/sauna area. From a refrigerator that has an ice maker and filtered water, lots of dishes and utensils, pump soaps and shampoos, throw blankets, night lights, and plenty of seating at the table and in the living room. Very detail oriented!! Clean, comfortable, and lovely. "

"This place is filthy! Light bulbs burned out, cobwebs, dirty and smelly refrigerator and freezer, gritty area rugs, throw blankets with hair on them, garbage under the counters and dressers. It was the worst I've ever experience and the first I've ever had to call VRBO customer support. I've been a VRBO user for over 10 years."
