"We stayed here for only one night to break up a long drive. The room and bathroom were clean and tidy. Although the rooms decor isn't on trend, it is all still very functional. I would definitely recommend this hotel."

The check in procedure was so swift with the lady assisting just superb and so friendly. She personally escorted out to the stairway and pointed us to our room which was very helpful. "When we first arrived in our room, we couldn't even open the sliding door to see the pool area (glimpses of it) and the flyscreen was ripped. I went downstairs to Reception and let them know about the damaged doors. The lady was polite and put us into another room. However, the glass door was again in need of repair. We couldn't be bothered going back to reception. The spa was out of action as it was getting repaired. We were looking forward to using that amenity. Lastly, we couldn't get to...

"Great staff, huge room, huge bath with double sinks, double shower heads, deep jetted tub. Also two desks, a bistro table with 2 chairs as ell as desk chairs and a view of the river. Would definitely stay there again! Very comfortable king bed to top it off."

"Parking is easy. You check in at the Hotel bar and staff are very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and has aircon. The pub food is good and well priced. Overall, a comfortable stay."

"The check in is code activated and the front desk doesn’t appear to have a permanent staffer. Other wise I was able to change rooms the following day that has a block out curtains with no fuss. Staff are friendly and helpful."
