"We stayed at the hotel twice either side of a short trek to Kagbeni and Muktinath. Internet, hot water, heating/air-conditioning provision were all very good, as were the staff who were extremely helpful and friendly. Our room was spacious and well-appointed and the bed very comfortable. The food was very good and a good cup off coffee available at the coffee shop which is part of the hotel. The hotel, the main part of which is a traditional Nepalese building, is centrally located in the town....

"My wife and I wanted to return in the Red House Guest House were we stayed 24 years ago in occasion of a Kali Gandaki trek with our children. Off course it has been impossible to retrive the same atmosfere of 24 years ago when the Guest House was family managed, however the house has been magnificently renewed maintaining totally the original conditions.
