"This place was perfect for the price. Never saw the host (preferred, honestly no hate) but If I ever needed them I knew how to contact them. They left ample amount of towels, toiletries, and I even had the food they stored for me. Everything that you need whether it be you or just a partner, maybe even 3 people, you'll find it here."

This property is short blocks from a happening downtown on the river, the Ford-Edison Estate, craft brewery, grocery store and fabulous breakfast restaurant. We kayaked with the manatees and walked the beaches and enjoy being us as a couple. The tricky part is that the building is being actively renovated from top to bottom, so there were a number of hiccups like the Wi-Fi being redone or the security switching fobs suddenly. To the hosts' credit, they were very communicative and responsive, so none caused any huge disruption for us. Also, I expect this is a short-term concern for most.
