We stayed here for a family get together and we all enjoyed the outside patio area- plenty of space for everyone and more! Its a short walk to the lake and the sand is so soft. The kids and adults all had a great time at the beach. The only thing we rated less than 4 stars is the beds, the bed in the master br in the cabin was a little uncomfortable to get a good night sleep. But overall, it was a great time!

We were grateful to get this property for our large family Christmas at the last minute. The weather was beautiful so the beach access was absolutely a wonderful experience! We made great memories. The outdoor gathering area and deck were fantastic and we enjoyed meals and games together. We had 20 people ranging from 2 years-old to 76. The owners were great communicators, which we appreciated very much.However, we weren’t able to get a lot of sleep due to the squeaking metal beds and doors that did not open and close properly.We also had several people trip on the sagging uneven creaking floors in both upstairs, and the unsafe narrow stairs in the A-Frame. We also struggled to cook big meals due to the poor quality of the stove/oven. Again, the outside experience was amazing and we have no regrets. We will never forget our beach Christmas.

Pros: Location next to lake was amazing. Lovely outdoor seating for large groups. Friendly hosts who were easy to communicate with and responded quickly. Both kitchens well stocked. Great space in barn to get together as a large group although we felt this could be better equipped for entertaining - larger TV, ping pong table etc.Cons: Lots of bugs indoors - flies, ladybugs. Downstairs master bedroom has almost no walking space around the bed. Rooms appear deceptively large in images. Not very child friendly - staircase is dangerous for little ones, and no cots/cribs available. Dishwasher and oven do not work properly. Master bedroom in barn gets a lot of noise from the bunk room upstairs. The bunk beds creaked constantly all night with the slightest movement, and this noise travels through loudly to the room which made for very little sleep. This bedroom was very basic - no nightstand lamps, hooks on the wall or door, and only three hangers on the clothes rack.Overall, wouldn’t stay here again. Not very family friendly with young kids. Some renovations have been made but it could be updated a lot more.

The view from the back porch is very nice. Sitting on the patio with the fire pit is very relaxing. The game room cabin is set up well and the host was very responsive. The main cabin is nice, but old and it needs some love. The neighbors were closer than I was expecting, but they were very friendly and our grandkids loved playing with their dogs. Need to be sure to bring ice and firewood.

This was a great place to get away with the whole family. The house wasn't quite what we were expecting...had a few issues...but the setting was fantastic and the property manager was very helpful and attentive!

More than expected

This was the perfect place for our 4 generation family vacation! Easy, beautiful beach access down our own personal path from the house! Took 1 minute to walk down! Quiet neighborhood! We couldnt have asked for a more beautiful, accommodation for our getaway!

Relaxing fun at Lake Texoma

The proximity to the shore was excellent. Just a short walk. It is sandy and a bit of a hill, but easy to get to the beach. The beach is a soft sand without rocks, which made it great to bring our boat close and go barefoot. The beds were comfortable and clean and the AC works great!! I loved having 2 full size refrigerators (one in the main house and one in the barn). Neighbors were very nice and hospitable. We lived every minute.

2023 Christmas in June

The property fit our needs to a tee. The main cabin was the place to eat meals and have a competitive Bingo game and the out building was where the kids had fun with snacks and soft drinks. The lake was higher than normal so the beach was not as large as shown on the maps. The neighbors' dogs were do friendly and nice to our two dogs. Communication was prompt. This will stay on our list of repeat possibilities for future Christmases in June.

Christmas with the family

This was an amazing experience and get away for Christmas! The property manager sent text and stayed in touch making sure we had everything we needed. The houses were very clean and stocked with everything we needed. The only thing that made it difficult was two of our family members are elderly and the couches are low and not easy for them to get up and down in. There are no recliners so they sat on the hard kitchen chairs for both days. Other than that this was the best experience we could have asked for!

Lake weekend

Ideal setting for a peaceful family gathering, the younger grandkids fell in love with the sandy beach area and spent hours playing in the waves and digging up clams. We enjoyed smores one evening on the lovely back deck.
