Located just minutes to shopping, dining, AVL airport, and so much more, this home is awaiting your arrival. The inviting porch with rocking chairs and wooded views is a great spot to take a deep breath and relax. A brand new spacious kitchen is equipped with all of the basics you need to enjoy preparing a meal. The living room offers comfortable furnishings where you can stream your favorite shows on the large screen TV. A gas log fireplace is available to use during the Winter months as it adds warmth to the space. A dining space is available to sit down and share stories over a meal together with your loved ones and the two bedrooms offer comfortable beds - a Queen size in the primary bedroom and two Twin sized beds in the second one. This home comfortably sleeps 4 guests. Sorry, no pets are allowed.
