"El check in fue un verdadero dolor de cabeza, cuando uno llega cansado con maletas quisiera que fuera lo mas rápido posible pero no teniamos instrucciones ni nos contactaron antes de la propiedad (ellos dicen que si pero no teniamos servicio) no intentaron por correo ni por whatsapp. Tuvimos suerte de encontrar a señoras de limpieza que nos ayudaron pero despues de mucho tiempo de tratar de contactar al hotel. La propiedad grande y bonita y esta cerca del centro pero con esas calles y subidas...

"This place is awesome. The roof deck was absolutely gorgeous. The hosts, Simone and his dad, were super helpful. They picked us up at the marina, showed us the unit, booked us a boat reservation for a very reasonable price, booked us a restaurant reservation, answered any questions that we had, and were amazing. They went above and beyond for sure. The only constructive criticism is that the bathroom had a moldy smell and the shower didn't drain which was less than ideal. I am absolutely sure...

"We loved Eremo Montevergine. Giuseppe was very quick to respond to all of my inquiries prior to booking/coming. When we arrived in Ischia, Rita was our contact to get the keys. She couldn't have been more lovely and helpful. She speaks English very well, which was helpful to figure out all of the logistics. We stayed in 2 apartments in Eremo Montevergine. Both were amazing!
