"A 5 stars hotel may have rooms of different levels but all must be at least 5 stars, this does not happen with this hotel. In the areas closer to the pools, the rooms are seemingly 5 stars but the rooms that are at the back of the hotel are most definitely not 5 stars. It is as if this area was second class, as it lacks maintenance in the corridors and in the rooms (see photos). "One of the best hotel experiences we have ever had. The hotel is even better than the pictures show- boutique ‘Ibiza’ style, immaculately maintained, beautiful pool area and right on the beach with easy parking. No struggle for beds by pool or beach. The breakfast is stunning also. We stayed with our baby and it was perfect, great cot etc. All amazing but the very best thing is the staff- whoever is in charge of hiring is doing an amazing job.
