Beautiful Property

Beach Pines Bungalow was beautiful, comfortable, with a terrific location! Comfortable beds, very welcoming. May be the best vacation rental we have experienced to date! We definitely recommend! The decor was perfect.

Wonderful Vacation

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay here at Beach Pines Bungalow. My oldest daughter was able to use the upstairs loft as her workspace during the week. We have another daughter who is visually impaired; the floor plan of the house was very conducive for her navigating the different rooms. We loved the sound of the ocean from our windows, only a 5 minute or less walk to the beach. The deck was lovely and a nice place to spend part of the afternoon. The home is exactly as the listing describes. Quiet neighborhood, easy to find, 10 minutes from Cannon Beach. If I had one complaint, and it is not a deal breaker, there isn't a lot of space to put groceries in the kitchen. The dining area is very well lit and with lots of natural sunlight. Thank you for sharing your home with us, we absolutely will return.

Comfy home away from home

Beautiful spot, conveniently located near Cannon Beach and many other beaches/coastal towns. Generally felt nice and clean, though many dishes in cupboard needed washing before use (no big thing, plus I know I’m picky). My kids, partner and I had so much fun playing foosball, UNO, and watching movies around beach time. Grilled outside on our last night. Good sized space for us and our 4 kids. Fun CD and book collection!

Relaxing getaway

We loved this artsy, older home with modern updates. The home is located in a quiet community with peekaboo ocean views and a short walk to the beach. It was a perfect getaway after a busy summer season.

Great House and Location..But!

The house is in a great location. But we found the house to be a little dirty. All of the kitchen pots and pans had to really be cleaned as they were covered is sticky grime as well as some of the kitchen utensils. The refrigerator and freezer had old food left as well as empty containers. The BBQ was very dirty and it was not worth using or cleaning. The bathtub drains very slow and you stand in a pool of water as you shower. We were a little disappointed and wish we could get our cleaning fee back for all the cleaning we did! But the location is amazing.

Arch Cape Stay

We love this home in Arch Cape and have stayed here before! The wood that is provided to have a fire on the beach or in the house is a definite perk. The updated renovations also made a difference - having another bathroom was awesome! It is a gift to be so close to the beach.

The perfect spot

I stayed at the cottage with my husband and 2 boys (13 and 16) and it was perfect. The location was great; I loved that you could see the ocean from several windows in the house. The walk to the beach was fun and easy. We particularly enjoyed the entrance to the beach that was the next one farther north since it was like a tunnel in the trees. We appreciated the quietness of this area and seeing fewer people on the beach as compared to Cannon. The entire coastal area was so much fun to explore and we loved it both rain and shine. Don't leave without visiting Oswald State Park. The staff at Avant Stay was wonderful to work with, very friendly people.

Totally Awesome Week

We love the beach and walked just about every beach from Seaside to Manzanita. And crabbing is within a short distance which was a draw for the men in the family. Hiking is available as are many shopping places...something for everyone. And we loved our deck where we lounged after all our walking. A win, win vacation!!!

Charming Cottage

Beach Pines Bungalow is a charming property with good views and light filled rooms in an excellent location near Cannon Beach. The decor is lovely and it is very well equipped and supplied.

Cozy Beach House

A cozy little beach house a block to the beach. The house was tidy, kitchen and bathrooms well stocked. The only downside is the house is located just off the 101 and there is quite a bit of road noise.

Northern Neighbour

Top Marks for Arch Cape!

My wife and I planned a family trip with our 2 young kids (7 and 9) and my parents....and our dog! The Beach Pines Bungalow did not disappoint. The property was very clean (and we are picky). There was a very well stocked kitchen that included a great assortment of spices. The beds were very comfortable and there was a generous supply of towels. The upstairs loft area was fun for the kids - the stairs are steep (as you'd expect with a home this vintage). The trail to the beautiful beach is literally around the corner. You can be standing on the beach in two minutes. Our host David was very responsive. We enjoyed being only 8 minutes from Cannon Beach and preferred our Arch Cape beach!! We will certainly be back.

Cozy beach home

What a cozy, comfortable, lovely place! There were many wonderful touches to this sweet beach home and we appreciated all of them. The deck, the comfy living room furniture, the easy to open/close window coverings, extra blankets, quality fluffy towels, lots of games and cds, beautiful landscaping/hydrangeas, great coffee maker, it was super clean, and of, course, the location was perfect. We walked to the beach each day and we almost had it to ourselves the entire time. There were a couple of small items that we let the management company know about that are easily fixable - several wifi options were sent and none worked (the working one can be found on a label in the kitchen) and the door lock went out so we left the back door unlocked so we could get in and out (it’s a super safe neighborhood). You can tell that a lot of love went into this home. We are taking our son to every state before he graduates and this lovely cottage was a highlight to our time in Oregon!

Beautiful place!

We loved the location of this property - we went to the beach every day and had the whole beach to ourselves! Nice place; enjoyed eating out on the deck (when it wasn’t too windy!)
