"My second time staying in unit 3. The location is great. Upon checkin, our unit was not ready. We were assured it was a matter of waiting for bedding to dry but then waited and watched as the bedding was changed, garbage was taken out and things were mopped. Upon finally being able to get in, well past our 4pm checkin, the box spring cover to one bed was still soiled and there was hair in the sheets. Housekeeping offered to change things out but we’d just spent five hours in the car and...

"Overall good, close to beach, with in walking distance to DT, cozy place. Inside could use a better couch, mattress and there are apts close by both visual and sound with remodeling being done. Saws, hammering and workers arrived early every morning. Looks like they have another month or more of work to be done. Definitely a consideration. "

"I’m a stickler for cleanliness. This cottage was immaculate! I’m talking no old debris in the corners, walls were clean and a super clean bathroom. This was way more than we expected in a beach town. No sand to be found in the cottage. Amenities were all we needed. Thank you for the coffee and brewer!"

"This is a lovely clean condo with beach access and ocean views. Very clean and plenty of comfortable seating to visit and watch tv. We loved having rocker swivel recliners! The beds were very comfortable. We would love to stay here again."
