Arcachon - Direct access to Eyrac beach, a stone's throw from the town center, a beautiful, renovated 25m² studio apartment with a sleeping alcove on the 3rd and top floor with elevator, fully furnished and equipped with a west-facing balcony, private parking, and access to a bicycle storage room (during the summer season, we cannot guarantee the availability of bicycle storage in the communal bike room). This apartment offers all the comforts for a wonderful family holiday on the Arcachon Bay. It comprises an entrance leading to a sleeping alcove (bunk beds/2 duvets/2 pillows), a shower room with WC, a living room (TV/140x190cm Murphy bed/1 duvet/2 pillows) with a brand new, fully equipped kitchenette. A west-facing balcony with furniture (awning) completes the apartment.

Linens are not provided, but can be rented through the agency: for example, a pack of 90 sheets and towels costs €32, while a pack of 140 sheets and towels costs €42 per week.
