This accommodation, which is cool in summer, can accommodate 6 people and is composed of three bedrooms with two single beds, two double beds and a baby bed; a fully equipped and functional kitchen; a shower room; and a living room with a large screen TV. The bedroom with the 2 single beds can be adapted to your needs: 2 separate single beds / a double bed / a single bed with a desk to work on TV.
Moreover, the high speed wifi works very well everywhere in the house, which will facilitate all the more the telework (+ RJ45 socket providing 1GB broadband connection with fiber).

During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Parking, Hair dryer, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Coffee machine, Microwave, Oven, Iron.
You will also have a furnished TERRACE which will be very appreciated during the beautiful sunny days!
A professional cleaning is made before and after each traveler.

The city center is 12 minutes away (by bike). You will find there the must-see places, namely: the Casino d'Arcachon, the Quartier de la Ville d'Hiver and the Observatoire de Sainte Cécile.
For your daily shopping, you will find a "Lidl" and a "Casino Shop", respectively at 3 minutes and 13 minutes walk.

Arcachon is a town in the southwest of France located in the Gironde. It is here the opportunity to enjoy activities in the middle of nature through numerous hiking trails, bicycle paths and water sports. You can spend a day sunbathing on the beach, strolling along the harbor or taking a boat to Bird Island. The Winter City is a district where you can discover an eccentric and original architecture between mosaics, gothic mansions and exotic gardens. You can also discover the famous Dune du Pilât, 110 meters high, which offers an incredible panorama on the Bay of Arcachon, the forest and the lighthouse of Cap Ferret.
It is a city full of charm that perfectly combines a famous seaside resort and a typical small town with its smell of pine and sea salt.
