"I recently stayed at your hotel as usual and wanted to share some feedback:
Room Odor: Sheets in room 311 smelled like vomit. I recommend addressing this promptly.
Room Temperature: The room was consistently warm. Please consider adjusting the temperature.
Pool Area: Enjoyed the pool, but it could be cleaned more frequently.
Front Desk Service: Some staff members were rude. Customer service could be improved.
Breakfast: Eggs are always cold, watery and disappointing."

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at the Lexington Elwood Hotel & Suites, which I booked through your website from January 7th to January 9th, 2025
After a long journey that began at 3:00 am, I arrived at the hotel looking forward to taking a relaxing bath in the tub. However, upon entering the bathroom, I was unpleasantly surprised to find the area around the soap dish to be in a state of poor cleanliness, with visible mold present.
