Buen lugar para desconectar
La casa está genial, tiene de todo para tener unas vacaciones tranquilas y reponer energías. Recomendable. La única pega es que necesita una mejor limpieza.

Esta dentro de la línea, pero por encima de lo que se ofrece. Una cosa importante es que las conversaciones se realicen en el idioma de los visitantes.

Little Gem
Perfect place to relax but still be close to all you need. The owner was great in communicating and the property manager was always a call or a message away. Safe, clean, secure and lovely views... would recommend for sure

Villa has everything you need. Very clean and tidy. Disappointed the weather was not warm enough to use the pool. a bit far out but when you have a car its a few minutes drive to the nearest shops. Excellent communications. Would happily use again

Parfait
Parfait très bonne accueil , La villa est super belle la vue est incroyable, la piscine est parfaite grande aussi, il y a tout se qu’il faut à disposition nous étions agréablement surpris nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Séjour parfait
Sejour très agreable, accueil très chaleureux, c'est un endroit parfait, on entend que le chant des oiseaux. Communication parfaite avec l'hôte et la personne sur place qui est charmante. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir

Lovely villa with stunning views
This was a perfect base for us to explore the area. So peaceful with stunning views. Lovely restaurants close by. Villa equipped with everything you need. Thankyou for your recent comments. I would like to look at some of your concerns. The house was painted just a few weeks ago and we also as I explained had a deep clean just two weeks prior to your visit. The gardener was late in arriving for this I apologise. We are in an area that can get alot of dust as we are the edge of a dessert but we work very hard to minimize this by cleaning as late as possible. I will of course when I go discuss with the cleaner ways to improve,

Lovely peaceful spot
This was a lovely property. Plenty of places to sit in sun and in shade. The pool was great. The house had all that you need to enjoy a great stay; loads of towels for use by the pool, BBC and ITV hub for a quiet night in, aircon worked well when needed. Owners provided lots of useful info on places to visit nearby and the local property managers were on hand to answer any questions. You really could not ask for more.

Thankyou for yor review Colin I am pleased that you liked the villa I am sorry that you thought we were nearer to all the bars etc. Yes you have to drive down to the village although there is one in walking distance that you may not have found. We do say on the website that you have to drive down to the village. Although we are in an area of lots of other houses you have to have a car. I hope you got to see some of the lovely places to visit in the area.

Excellent villa
We booked the villa at fairly short notice as a base for our own viewing trip looking to buy. Villa has everything you need for a comfortable home from home stay. Communication was excellent and we really enjoyed our stay. Would make a great stay for any couple or family when we return to some form of normality. Car essential but everything you need within easy reach.

Heavenly
Just returned from a lovely 10 nt stay and would recommend this villa . You will need a car as a little way from the village but only a short drive. The Villa has all you need and more for a home from home experience with fantastic views of the surrounding hills . Lovely pool and seating area to enjoy a BBQ and outdoor living. Will definitely return in the near future. Many thanks again .

Great stay at a lovely villa in a quiet location
Villa had everything the family needed for a great stay. Very comfortable, spacious, and secure in a secluded area and as advertised by the owner. Outside area included a large walk in swimming pool with shallow and deep end and several seating / patio areas with plenty of furniture. Only issue was pool required cleaning out with the pool net several times a day as the leaves and debris from the garden blew in with the wind and sunk to the bottom. That said it was a good distraction to get the grandchild out of the pool and not an unpleasant duty to do. Fantastic views of the mountains from most vistas. Nearest shop is 15mins drive to Alboreas or 25mins to Lidl and several restaurants in Albox. Good communications with the owner. Recommended 4 out of 5 only due to the lack of garden maintenance.

Thank you for your review I am pleased you enjoyed your stay. We had all of the trees and Yucca's etc cut back recently but I know the breeze can blow in the leaves. It is difficult as the garden provides privacy but the leaves do blow in. The pool is cleaned every week. I will discuss and see what more we can do. Thank you Sharon

Lovely villa in a good location
We stayed here for 2 weeks in Jan whilst waiting to get the keys to our new home. The villa was very clean and well furnished. I would think the pool would be really nice to use in warmer weather. The bed was very comfortable and we loved the real fire in the lounge. Good walks just up the hill for our dog and just 10 min drive into town.

Lovely
Stayed for 8 weeks and had a great time. The villa is lovely and in a really quiet area We arranged to meet Louise and Steve by Coviran in Arboleas and followed them to the villa,which was ideal as it’s quite a way from the village. The villa was lovely and clean and comfortable. Very relaxing,just what we wanted. The pool is great with plenty of sun loungers around plus sun umbrella. Excellent sitting area in the shade at the front and table and chairs around the back where we had our breakfast most mornings admiring the stunning views of the mountains. You definitely need a car but the road is so quiet it’s no problem. Went to Mojácar many times which is only about 50 minutes drive,great walking along the sea front with many nice restaurants. Our favourites were Bellavista and Sensations which were next door to each other. Nearest big town is Albox and that’s a 20 minute easy drive. Would definitely recommend this villa.

A great property to stay on in Alboleas
The villa was great with fully equipped kitchen and a huge pool that my 10 and 7 year old girls loved Would definitely recommend. Great WiFi for the girls to use to get out of the sun. Aircon worked well as was pretty warm overnight so we all managed to sleep.

Wonderful place to stay.
Excellent villa in a quiet location. Had everything you could want a real home from home. The communication with Sharon was excellent from the start to finish.Louise who looks after the villa was great even waiting for us as we arrived a bit later then planned. Arboleas shops is only 10 mins away and for a more rigorous shop Albox is about 20 mins. A wonderful place to rest and relax.

A fabulous place to relax and the villa has everything you need.
Communication was very good from the word go and Sharon was very helpful. The villa is beautiful and in a peaceful location but only a short drive to shops, bars etc. Louise who looks after the villa on Sharon’s behalf was extremely helpful, especially when we had a problem with the car starting. Louise brought a mechanic to our aid. Nothing was too much trouble. The villa is spotless clean and very well presented and has everything there that you could possibly need during your stay, including a well equipped first aid box which came in handy and a varied range of reading material which was appreciated by the avid reader in our group. The pool area is surrounded by beautiful plants and trees and there is an outdoor dining area with bar which has the most stunning views. Thank you Sharon for letting us stay in your beautiful villa.

Excellent!
We only had a short break at the villa (5 days) but it met all of our requirements - spacious, clean, well stocked with linen & towels, everything in working order, nice quiet location, but only 8-10 minutes drive to the nearest town. A great place to unwind!

Vacances très agréables dans une villa confortable avec une superbe piscine !!!!!!!
Dès le début de notre réservation, Sharon a été très disponible pour répondre à nos différentes questions. Nous avons été accueillis à Arboléas par la charmante Louise. La villa est située dans un secteur calme avec une vue sur les montagnes avoisinantes. Elle est très bien équipée...... il y a tout ce qu'il faut et l'agencement intérieur est fonctionnel. Les différentes terrasses offrent d'agréables instants pour se reposer. La superbe piscine permet de se rafraichir en toute tranquillité. Tout est à disposition pour passer de très agréables vacances. Les plages sont à proximité. Nous retournerons avec plaisir dans cette villa pour d'autres vacances !!!!!! Merci à Sharon pour sa gentillesse.
