Toilet seat was broken. Most importantly the booking by Expedia was not reflected in the hotel register. I had to make frantic phone calls to sort out the issue. I was charged 1000 Rs more since I booked thru Expedia

Place was great. Chettinad style stay. Meat dishes were disappointing. Low quality meat were used and we had to return the food.
