"Bien située tres ensoleillée l'acces à la mer est un peu difficile mais récompensé par la couleur de l'eau Quelques points negatifs : un seul chauffage pour toute la maison, on a eu du mauvais temps et c'etait un peu juste. Sinon pour l'ete c'est ideal."

"Wir hatten einen super Urlaub in einem netten Haus. Wohnfläche ca 55 m2. Das Haus war sehr sauber. DieTerrasse unter den Olivenbäumen ist der absolute Hit. Herrlicher Meerblick mit spektakulären Sonnenuntergängen. Der Vermieter war bei kleineren Problemen sofort zu erreichen und total freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist absolut zu empfehlen. Danke nochmals an den Vermieter."

"Nous étions 4 adultes et avons bien apprécié notre séjour dans cette villa. Belle propriété et très au calme. Un véhicule s'impose pour faire le minimum de courses et très bon emplacement pour visiter les Pouilles. Nous avons eu un accueil des plus chaleureux de la part de Rosie et Salvatore. Sans hésitation, nous conseillons la bonne cuisine de Rosie malgré le quiproquo pour notre arrivée. C'est sans hésitation que nous conseillons cette villa et n'hésiterons pas à y retourner si l'occasion...

"The property is not walking distance to Castro as described. This should be removed from the description as you need a car to to anywhere. It has lovely views but for the price lacks the higher end facilities that we would expect e.g. the kitchen had many appliances but most were old and could do with replacing. There was ample linen though the towels were not very hard. Outside the small pool had only 2 sun beds both of which had seen better days. For a 4 bed villa 2 beds were not sufficient...

"La casa è molto bella e spaziosa; bellissimo soprattutto lo spazio per pranzi e cene all'aperto. Massimo e Luciano sono gentilissimi ed estremamente disponibili; abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo il giro in barca dal porto di Tricase. Ottima posizione per raggiungere il mare a Santa Caterina, Santa Maria al Bagno o Porto Selvaggio. Unico neo la strada molto rumorosa, soprattutto nel weekend."

"The country setting near Otranto was stunning with sunrise views and great outdoor spaces. The indoor facilities were more rustic but comfortable in keeping with the rural nature of the property. Parking and easy access to Otranto and surrounding areas was a plus. The hostess was gracious and attentive to our concerns. The quick laundry service was a definite plus. Our only issue was the wind in March/early April kept us from fully enjoying the great outdoor area. Later Spring or early Fall...

"It is clean and large and with a big garden and pool. The terrace is perfect for relaxing and having both dinner and reading a book in the evening."

"De communicatie was duidelijk en snel. De aankomst was goed geregeld. Het huis is fantastisch! De kamers zijn prachtig. Ee is meer dan genoeg ruimte voor 13 personen. De buitenruimte is fantastisch en gezellig! De keuken goed uitgerust en van alle gemakken voorzien. De ligging op de parkeerplaats leek in eerste instantie niet zo leuk, maar wel super handig. Wij liepen direct naar de supermarkt naast ons of schuin tegenover ons. Parkeren was nooit een probleem en recht voor de deur. Nardo is een...

"Abgelegene Lage. Sehr schön angelegter Garten und tolles Gebäude mit liebe zum Detail. Alles notwendige in der Umgebung in 10-15 min Autofahrt zu erreichen. Erholung pur."
