Great location to ski out with ski lift almost directly across from ski room. Ski room has storage for your equipment, but bring a small lock with you. Breakfast at hotel was wonderful, as was the restaurant. Lots of food choices surrounding hotel as well

I would recommend this hotel. The hotel staff are warm, welcoming, approachable, polite and eager to please. The breakfast was good, although the evening buffet wasn't to my taste. Still, you can't have everything!

Hotel Totem - Flaine Forum
Short break in Flaine. Hotel Totem is central located opposite a selection of restaurants and bars and about 50m from the main ski bubble. Trendy style bar and restaurant area looking out at the slopes. Very comfortable well equipped double room (with balcony). All staff were super helpful and nothing too much trouble. Excellent selection of cooked and continental breakfast options. Ski lockers conveniently located on the ground floor but they did get a little busy after 9am. Would definitely return.

Great location, good vibe.
We stayed during pandemic, so the hotel was exceptionally quiet. We like quiet, but this was a bit depressing.

Malgré les restrictions en lice au moment de notre venue, l'hôtel a toujours trouvé les moyens de nous rendre le séjour le plus agréable possible. Nourriture et plats préparés de très bonne qualité. On y reviendra avec plaisir et son emplacement est juste idéal/pistes ou pour déambuler dans la station.

Bon séjour à Flaine
Hôtel très bien situé près des pistes. Cuisine variée mais qui pourrait mettre plus en valeur les différents plats régionaux : soirée raclette, croziflette qui est une bonne alternative à la tartiflette... Spa très agréable et reposant avec une belle vue sur les pistes. Très bon séjour.

Very convenient and pleasant hotel for a skiing holiday. Our room had a good amount of space and a lovely view. The food was tasty although it would be nice if main meal accompaniments were rotated as the same few were on offer every night. Thoroughly enjoyed the old-school arcade games in the bar area. Meal system was a bit confusing at first and occasionally drinks service at the table was a bit slow.

Excellent location really close to ski lifts. Comfortable bar area and room was great although could do with some actual drawers in the bedrooms and some shelves in the bathroom.

Loved it!
Fantastic hotel, great staff, excellent quality food, great location. If i had to be very picky: 1) king size bed was actually 2 singles pushed together, and mattress way too soft. 2) ski-in ski-out perhaps...but not snowboard in/out. 3) ski/boot room not heated so dont expect dry boots the next morning.

Contemporary Ski Hotel
Nice contemporary decor with an adequate buffet breakfast and dinner. Nice relaxed atmosphere. Very convenient for skiing with pretty much ski in ski out from the ski room which could do with heating for boots though. Had a great stay.

SUPER !
Hôtel très bien placé, au pied des pistes. Personnel aux petits soins, aimable et attentionné. Déco tendance, soignée et chaleureuse. Cheminée dans le salon bar, il y a même des bornes d'arcades vintage (gratuites) légèrement en retrait : du plus bel effet ! Spa, massage, fitness, sauna, jacuzzi extérieur chauffé,... Ski-shop avec du personnel qualifié et du très bon matériel. Les casiers à ski, situés au rdc de l'hôtel vous permettent de partir et d'arriver à l'hôtel vraiment les skis aux pieds, devant les remontées mécaniques. Que demander de plus... Seuls bémols : - L'accès en voiture légèrement contraignant (parking public payant situé à 500m), mais on peut stationner 90 minutes gratuitement aux alentours de l'hôtel, si vous trouvez une place : le temps de prendre ses quartiers. - La signalisation de l'hôtel qui ne saute pas aux yeux (volonté municipale ?), mais si vous êtes vigilant, vous ne pourrez pas vous perdre. - Les chambres qui ne sont pas disponibles avant 16h00 le jour de votre arrivée. - Le service au restaurant un peu long. - Les chambres et les toilettes un peu étroits, selon votre hébergement. Hormis ces petits détails, séjour parfait, je reviendrai et recommande fortement !

Court séjour, mais très bien : Personnel accueillant, sympathique et disponible, chambre propre et confortable, la literie pourrait être un peu plus ferme, le dîner et le petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet à volonté sont de bonnes qualité. L’hôtel idéalement placé, le seul bémol mal indiqué, nous avons eu un peu de mal à le localiser mais après un petit appel nous sommes arrivés à bon port

À fuir ! Énorme déception
Hôtel pseudo haute gamme ou alors pour le touriste étranger. Nourriture très bas de gamme limite mauvaise. Moyenne d âge de l équipe 22 ans. Chambre correcte avec bémol sur la salle de bain trop petite. 350 euros la chambre et une prestation spa à 10 euros r’ Complément !! Pas de parking réservé à la Hotel ou négocié avec la mairie (donc payant et à 300 mètres). Les dirigeants de cet hôtel à touriste inconscients n y sont pour rien pour le coup mais station de ski horrible .. en résumé : le pire rapport/qualité de prix de notre histoire de voyageurs !!

Trendy Hotel in Flaine
Hotel in great position in resort, ski in/out, a few shops and restaurants within 2 minutes walk. 3 mins to main lift out of Flaine. The hotel was immaculately clean with very comfy beds and we had a great view from our balcony of the slopes. If you are stopping half board pay on reservation as it is much cheaper. The food looked good but we preferred to have a wander at night and find a restaurant. There are a handful that serve excellent local food and the normal chicken, steaks or burgers. All at French ski resort prices though. Our only moan was breakfast time. The staff did not clear the tables quickly enough and it was hard to find a table that had been cleared and reset, even though there were plenty of tables vacant. The buffet breakfast itself was great with a choice of full English, cereals, yoghurts, croissants and local pastries etc. Don't be put off by the appearance of the hotel from the outside. Inside is trendy and has a nice feel and very clean.

Very convenient for the slopes. Excellent front of house staff and also ski hire and lift passes in the reception. There was a big problem with the staffing of breakfast though.
