Beautiful setting, quiet, ski in/ski out access was great. Wonderful facilities to enjoy after a day on the slopes - pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam. Handy on site shop which had everything we needed for a week of self catering. Friendly and helpful staff.

We stayed here with our 1 and 3 year old kids. The apartment was immaculate and the facilities were ideal for us with 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms. There is a play area in the foyer and they provided us with a "baby pack", which consisted of a cot, high chair and changing mat. I would strongly recommend this place and would happily return with our 2 in future years.

Mitigé par la situation et les nuisances sonores
L’établissement est très bien, propre, confortable . Le personnel est très agréable. Il est situé proche de la station de Flaine à 12 minutes des Carroz d’Araches. L’été il y a des navettes entre Cluses et Flaine. Il y a un arrêt proche du Pierre et Vacances. Elles s’arrêtent assez tôt en fin de journée, il est donc impossible d’imaginer passer la soirée en dehors de l’établissement (à moins de reprendre sa voiture). Personnellement, nous pensions que l’établissement était plus proche d’arrache la Frasse, des Carroz qui sont des lieux plus authentiques, plus montagnards que Flaine qui est trop bétonnée à notre goût (pour skier c’est peut-être moins gênant visuellement que l’été sans neige…). Nous étions deux dans un logement pour 4 personnes. Il était très bien équipé, très propre. En revanche, malgré que nous avions demandé une vue montagne et une chambre au calme, 2 mois avant notre arrivée, par message et par téléphone (72h avant), on nous a placé juste au dessus de la réception (appartement 207). La réception nous a dit que c’était parce que nous venions du dimanche au dimanche…Nous avons subi d’importantes nuisances sonores tard le soir et dès 5h00 du matin (livraisons, fumeurs qui sortent et s’expriment très fort, poubelles, arrivées, départs etc.) et nous étions face au chantier du nouveau complexe Belambra avec de gros travaux (taille de pierre, terrassement, livraison, camions chantier etc.)…Nous sommes repartis encore plus fatigués qu’à notre arrivée et 10h de route

Better than expected stayed in 6 bedroom apartment 2 bathrooms well stocked kitchen full of gadgets, only downside was parking £25 and no guarantee of a space as we were late back each evening after watching 5 stages of the TDF

Excellent base for a family skiing holiday! Flaine is not a particularly attractive resort but the skiing is very good and the Residence where we stayed was comfortable and well located. Ski shop, local supermarket, parking and restaurant all within the complex. Ski in/out. Would recommend.

Skiing holiday with young children
Brilliant accommodation for ski in ski out holiday. Great facilities. Spar shop and ski hire and restaurant underneath hotel. Lovely kids area and fireplace in the reception. Apartments well equipped and modern. Wonderful swimming pool with sauna, steam room and outdoor jacuzzi. Will definitely return.

מקום מדהים .חדרים יפים ממש כמו בתמונות מומלץ לבקש חדר פונה לנוח . החדרים מאובזרים מאד באיחוד המטבח. בקיץ החנייה בחוץ היא חינם והחניון התת קרקעי עולה 9 ליום ו39 לשבוע אירו אבל לא צריך. בריכה סבבה רק חבל שניסגרת מוקדם 19:45 כמו שעון. ולא תמיד מספיקים היות ומחשיך מאוחר ואחרי יום טיול רוצים להתפנק קצת. הצוות נחמד מאד ותמיד שמח לעזור .לקחת בחשבון שהמלון נמצא ממש בפסגת ההר כך שכל פעם שיוצאים לטיול יש נסיעה של 30 דק' רק לרדת מההר .הדרך מהממת אבל מתישה הרבה מאד סיבובים.בקיצור למי שרוצה מלון דירות מפנק אז מומלץ ביותר.

An excellent hotel in the mountains close to a town called Flaine. The views are beautiful, the room is well equipped and clean. The hotel staff is attentive and responsive quickly. Note, less suitable for star trips that arrival and departure to the hotel takes about 25 minutes towards.

Французские апарты рулят (ski-in-ski-out+бассейн)
Апарт почти новый, при въезде на курорт. Поселили сразу, вид на долину не дали. Номер 221 на 2-м эт. (по факту - 3 эт) последний по коридору слева, приятный вид на лес, гору и зеленую трассу к отелю (прямо над аркой проезда по трассе). Апарты не маленькие, гостиная совмещенная с кухонным углом больше, чем ожидали; 2 спальни, 1 ванная с с/у; 1 с/у отдельный и 1 душевая. Номер почти новый, но ковролин грязноват и стены в пыли, пришлось жене пылесосить при заезде. Посуда чистая и много разной; Кофеварок аж 2 - простая и капсульная; Чайник, плита, СВЧ, посудомойка, раковина. Халаты и тапочки. В гостиной большой стол и полноценный раскладывающий диван с отличным матрацем, ТВ и балкон. Смена полотенец раз в неделю (в среду). В комнатах - электрообогреватели, их нельзя накрывать, но носки можно осторожно высушить. Электробатареи есть в ваннах. В отеле большой бассейн (прохладный + сквозит от панорамных окон) с видом на долину + чаша для малышей + слабенькие сауна и хамам + джакузи на улице (много народу в ней, надо вторую). Формально детям нельзя в сауну, но по факту все ходят (что хорошо, т.к. детям нужно греться после холодного бассейна). В отеле есть магазинчик, цены выше, чем на равнине + прокат + детская школа + подземный паркинг за доплату + ресторанчик, в котором никого не было. Выход из хранилища (сушит хорошо) сразу на трассу и подъезд через арку к нему. Wifi – отличный. Ниже по спуску (100 м) второй отель PV, по-старее, и там открытый бассейн, а джакузи внутри.

Great ski accommodation and service. Everything you need for an easy ski trip. Close to Geneva, great ski in ski out location for all levels of skier. Comfortable accommodation with great ski hire shop on site. Friendly and helpful staff allowed us to keep our room until 4pm on last day so that we could ski all day and get changed on comfort. Great hotel for a family skiing holiday. Location is good for ski in and ski out. The room sizes are large with plenty of space in the living areas. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking and eating in. The service is efficient. There is a very expensive grocery shop on site. The ski lockers and changing room is very good too. The WiFi wasn't great. We didn't eat in the hotel restaurant.

We had an absolutely amazing stay and look forward to going again next year. The apartment was very well equipped for a family of 4. The kitchen was great (no oven but good stove top and microwave), the two bathrooms were great, and the beds were very comfortable. Easy ski out to the hills and ski back if you are comfortable with a button lift. I am on a snowboard so I took the bus from where the button lift is and would get back about the same time as the kids, who ski. We also really enjoyed the pool, sauna, steam room, and hot tub facilities. The kids would spend an hour or two there each day. The only area I felt they could improve on was that they have a great service where you can order baguette and croissants and they were available for you at the front desk in the morning. However, the croissants were stale both times we ordered them. There is a Spar in the building that had fresher croissants than the ordered ones.

Pros Ski in/ ski out was handy. Friendly staff. Clean apartment. Quiet at night. Nice to have coffee machine in the apartment! Cons The jacuzzi outside had ice on the floor and was a hazard, had to be very careful to walk to it... There is a pizza menu stuck down at reception which the receptionist didn’t know what restaurant it was for. The ground by the ski room was very icy and slippery

Chouette residence Pierre et Vacances Premium. Propre, confortable. Toutefois, un four ordinaire (et pas seulement micro onde) serait le bienvenu dans les appartements 1ch (4 pers). La residence est "pied aux pistes", mais uniquement via une piste qui sert à relier la residence. Il faut donc compter 15-20 pour dire de rejoindre le centre de Flaine

This property worked very well for our first family ski holiday with our two children (5 and 7). Everything you need is there ( ski hire shop, ESF ski school, Spar shop, cafe and Restaurant). There is also a very frequent bus to take you down to Flaine which takes 10mins. A few restaurants do home deliveries for dinners and the spar shop is well stocked so eating in is hassle free. We stayed in a cosy 1 bedroom apartment with a lovely alpine feel. The apartment was clean, modern, warm and well kitted. Not overly roomy for a family of 4 since the lounge was taken up by the sofa bed but sufficient for the time spent in. 2 TVs with international channels and free Wifi. Pool area was very good, perfect depth for my kids to bounce around without needing us so we could just relax by the side of the pool or go into the sauna/steam room. The pool could do with being a few degrees warmer and definitely the outdoor jacuzzi needs the temperature up!

Very inexpensive mountain lodge on top of the high mountains with great restaurant nearby. It takes 30 mins to go down the mountain but enjoyed every bit of this beautiful scenic drive! Awsome experiences back and forth!
