Top Notch Town House

We greatly enjoyed our time at the Seascape Aptos Retreat!! It was very clean and comfortable with plenty of space to lounge on the comfy couch and eat together as a family around the spacious island. The beds were really comfortable, and the back yard offered a perfect place to enjoy the gorgeous weather and beautiful redwood trees. The location was perfect to allow easy day trips to Monterrey, Point Lobos National Park, Big Sur, and even Cupertino!! Finally the walk to the beach and beach access had gorgeous views of the bay and even whale watching right there.

Cozy and Warm

This house is Amazing with a lot of details, is fully equipped and has all for spend a great vacation.house has a Bocce Ball court, fast WIFI and parking Is very close to the beach and is in the middle of places like Capitola, Monterey bay and Carmel. We will be back soon

First Family Vacation

The house and location are prime! It’s so cozy and beautiful inside. Very convenient to walk to nearby shops and coffee house, easy short drive to freeway, and best of all THE OCEAN right down the street. The neighborhood is very clean and quiet. 10/10 would recommend to anyone, especially if you’re going to Santa Cruz Boardwalk for the day. Wish we never had to leave.

Loved our stay!

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful, clean and comfortable home. It is well and thoughtfully stocked and is in the perfect location near the beach and stores. We enjoyed hanging out in the living room as well as the pretty outdoor space. We have family in the neighborhood and would love to stay again for our next visit!

We truly enjoyed staying in this two-story, well-located and well-stocked home! It's a beautiful place, nicely furnished, and just a short walk to the beach! We loved the little community, with stores and restaurants, and we were super comfortable in this wonderful house. 10 out of 10, would definitely return.

Charming Retreat!

Thank you for allowing us to rent your adorable property! The home was very charming and the upgrades made for a positive atmosphere and relaxed stay! The neutral colors, wonderful appliances, the huge center island, cute pantry, comfortable beds and attractive flooring all inspired an upscale feel and comfort at the same time. We were in town for a wedding and did not allow for much time to be able to enjoy the use of the yard. We would have loved to have tried the bocce ball court though! Looks fun! The location was fantastic with close proximity to the beach, dining and shops! The owners provided excellent information and guidance on the home and local offerings. We would stay there again if in the area!

An absolute gem!

When’s the last time you stayed somewhere that had a bocce court in the back patio area?! That was awesome, and really just the cherry on top with the townhouse! The kitchen looked like it was out of a magazine, and all the upgrades to the townhouse were top notch, especially the stove! The property was super convenient for us as we were attending a wedding @ Seascape Beach Resort. We could walk to everything; the local market & restaurants, the beach, the resort, etc! Had it not been so nice out, we would have happily spent our long weekend just relaxing at the townhouse! We’d rent this property every time we return to the area - highly recommended!!

Mediterranean retreat in Aptos

Lovely house that has been recently remodeled in a beautiful and functional way. We enjoyed the backyard with the bocce ball court and appreciated the beautifully renovated bathrooms and comfortable beds. The house is close to the beach and a nice small shopping center. Great place!

The beds and baths were clean and comfortable. Love the location. We had hoped to make breakfast in house, but found the kitchen-ware a bit lacking (no kettle, decent knives, saucepans). Would still rent again, but bring our own stuff next time. Nice bocce court!

Great location, beautiful hose and yard

We loved our short walks to the beach, the vibe in the house, the bocce ball court in the back and the walkable access to shopping and a couple food places. Only gripe was the heater, it blasts way too much air upstairs and very little downstairs even if you close all the upstairs vents. This made it a challenge to keep the house a comfortable temp on cool evenings. It was inconvenient but not bad so I didn’t deduct any stars. Also loved there was onsite laundry. Super relaxing getaway for my family.
