"Our stay at Aptos Bayview cottage, could not have been better. The cottage is just lovely as are Joe and Melody. So hospitable. They brought us freshly made chocolate cake with fresh berries and whipped cream. Made us feel right at home. Very clean and bright, and just totally felt cozy. Will stay again forsure. "

"Hello,We wanted to follow up regarding the issues we experienced during our stay from Dec. 22nd -Friday, Dec. 26th. While we truly enjoyed the location of the propery and enjoyed being together as a family, several problems occured druing our stay that significantly disrupted our time in the home. We also wanted to share this fedeback to help revent similar issues for future guests.I've outlined the main issues below. "Great location - right on the beach! Unfortunately it was raining while we were there so unable to use the outside balcony and furniture. Views are stunning and there's direct access to the beach right across the unit! Kitchen had all the basics for meal prep or takeout. Covered car port also made it easy to get in and out esp while it was raining. Overall, it's a great unit if you're looking for a beachfront property and central to everything!"
