Poor Experience

When we arrived at the property we killed several spiders immediately late that evening. The next morning we killed more upon waking. Upstairs shower had mildew and mold. We were only there 3 nights and management called to allow them in to install air conditioning units in upstairs bedroom. We respectively declined because we were in and out and needed access to the bedrooms. Overall, it was a very negative experience.

Beautiful decor and well stocked!

Very quiet and very comfortable place to sleep! We enjoyed our wedding dress shopping trip to Appleton staying in this older remodeled home. Kitchen and bathrooms were well-stocked! It was very close to downtown.

Great stay for our family

We were in town to visit family for the holidays, and found the house to be perfect for us and our 4 young adult kids. We found the house to be comfortable for the 6 of us, clean, and the listing pictures were accurate. The house is old, but has old-house charm and owners have updated it well. Beds are on the firm side, but that's the way we sleep best! We will definitely stay here again!

We were in town to attend a wedding. Property was clean and comfortable. I really like that the last four digits of my phone number was my unique key code to enter the house. So it was very easy to remember. We also liked the future that would automatically delete our logins for streaming services shortly after we checked out.

Great place to stay for Airventure

The house was very clean and actually set up like a VRBO, unlike many that I have rented in the area for Airventure. The location is great and within walking distance of many things. The hosts were wonderful to work with.

This home has a great layout with plenty of space to spread out or congregate. It was very clean and within walking distance of downtown Appleton. The host responded quickly to any questions I had. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Cozy and comfy!

I traveled with my mom and my one year old for a few days visiting some friends and we were totally satisfied with the property! Lots of new upgrades, comfortable beds, great water pressure, had all the amenities we needed and a great central location. The bedrooms were all really spacious which was great! Perfectly pleasant getaway

My husband and I and three other couples were looking for a place to stay in Appleton for a state bowling tournament. This place came up and fit our needs perfectly. When I'm dealing with renting a place my two things that I'm a stickler for are good communication and accuracy of photos. Both of those things were perfect. Actually I think the house was even nicer in person! Communication with Nichole was top notch even through some hiccups(my fault). The home was impeccably clean also. I would highly recommend this home or any other that they rent out.

Great quiet location near downtown Appleton

My husband and I stayed at this house for three nights with our three grown sons to celebrate Christmas. It was perfect for the kids to each have their own bedroom and a shared bath on the second floor. The living room and kitchen were spacious gathering places with comfortable furniture. The house was very clean and located ideally in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of downtown Appleton. Easy contactless check-in and excellent communications with host.

Perfect Fit in Appleton!

This is a great property, well-located in close proximity to downtown Appleton and Lawrence University. Beautiful neighborhood. My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were able to play cards together at the dining room table, use the large kitchen comfortably, and log-in to the TV using our own credentials for things like Netflix, and each of us had our own bedroom. The communication with the owner/property manager during our stay was top notch, as I was constantly in touch throughout our trip and knew I could reach out with a question at any time and receive a prompt answer. We will stay here again, for sure!

Perfect location

Four of us stayed the weekend in this charming place. Beyond clean, updated and orderly. Kitchen well equipped although we ate out mostly. Current technology TVs. Bedding high quality. Proximity to College Ave w shops bar’s restaurants and PAC is about 6-7 blocks. Walkable or $12 Uber. One tiny downside was that neighbors could see in the downstairs bathroom window. We hung a towel. Could use a curtain :) If we could rate more than 5 stars we sure would. Great place! Owner was easy to communicate with and very pleasant. Quiet neighborhood. Friendly neighbors.

Nice Appleton Place

The house is a clean older home which has been updated in a neutral style. It was a comfortable landing pad for a few nights in Appleton. Owners were extremely easy to communicate with. We would consider staying again.
