The house is in a peaceful, beautiful setting on a property shared by a couple of good-natured geese and some chickens, and having fresh eggs was a bonus. The large kitchen is well equipped and enabled us to cook a 3 course Christmas dinner for the family, which we enjoyed on the wrap-around verandah. Also no milk, T bags small quantity and old no sugar, coffee old and moldy. No welcome basket as per photos on site. As this house is not cheap per night small things mean people come back or not."
