Everything we needed in a luxuriously laid out home by the beach.

Spacious and comfy. Great views. Walk to town. Rain/wind didn't hinder much of the great time we had. So many spaces to sit! We could all chill out in different areas, or all together as a group - which was great as we had a variety of ages. Unfortunately the stick vacuum didn't have enough suck power to properly clean the fur from one of the "guests" which we felt really bad about as we had hoped to leave it as lovely as we found it.

-re Xmas family getaway

Despite the fact that dad could not make it back in time from his work trip to come on our family holiday, the older teens and I had a lovely /celebration of the end of school/uni at Sand Dunes. The weather wasn’t great, but we had plenty to occupy ourselves at the house, with table tennis, board games, PlayStation and walks on the beach. Thanks for another great stay!!

Lovely Stay, Great Property, Great Location

We had a wonderful stay. The house was beautiful, clean and set up with everything that could be possibly needed. We were within easy walking distance of town and the kids really enjoyed having the cubby house and air hockey as well. Would love to come back for another visit soon

Perfect for small groups

House was perfectly clean and rooms were very spacious. Kitchen/living/dining area is perfect for small groups to hang out without being in each others pockets. The only negative is that we had trouble finding the house because we couldn’t see the house number, but we worked it out eventually :)

Very comfortable stay. Property had everything that you needed for a stay. Our 4 year old loved the collection of toys in kids rooms. Well equipped kitchen. Spacious lots of natural light. Walking distance to the beach. Highly recommended. Will be going back again…

Great location, lovely house

Fantastic location - easy walk to the beach, and easy walking distance to town either along the beach or foot path. Very clean, comfortable and well appointed house, with heaps of space and lots of entertainment for kids and adults alike. Nice quiet street. Would be very happy to rebook.

Nice place for family with young kids or teenagers.

The property has a great view and lots of amenities are provided. All cleaning products and good kitchen appliances. The only two challenges were that the shower in the master bedroom had drainage issues which should have been fixed as it was a known concern. We never knew how to open the garage as o remote was provided. Otherwise a great family home!

Beachgum Apollo Bay

Lovely spacious home and perfect location. Short walk to the beach and nice stroll to the main strip in Apollo Bay. Location couldn’t be better! Kitchen well equipped for family and also bedrooms. Lovely well kept bathrooms

Beautifully presented, clean and comfy house

Great for families with the 2 living areas and backyard. Easy walk to the beach and a few minutes in car to Main Street of Apollo Bay. Nice and quiet. Very clean.
