What a fabulous villa and fabulous host. We were met at the villa by the host so check in was smooth. Mano took us to the supermarket for the first shop essentials and pointed out restaurants and the route to the beach, which was very helpful. The kitchen has everything you needed although we could have done with an extra shelf in the ovens as when we did stay in we were cooking for 12. That said, you also have a bbq and we ate out more than in thanks to the many reasonably priced restaurants nearby. A trip to the local lake is a must, so beautiful. Thank you Mano for a wonderful stay and we really hope to return soon.

Utmärkt privat boende

Fint hus med stor tomt och jättefint poolområde. Värden Mano var riktigt bra och hjälpte oss jättesnabbt med allt vi efterfrågade Rekommenderar boendet för större sällskap, vi var 19st i varierande åldrar1-70 år.

We booked this incredible villa for mine and my partners 30th birthday! It’s beautiful inside and out with lots to do around the area!There was 15 of us and it was very spacious and super clean. Nog nooit in zo’n fantastisch huis vakantie gevierd!

Het huis heeft een zeer ruime buitenomgeving ( zwembad met heerlijke ligbedden, zowel overdekte loungeset als in de zon, tafeltennistafel, volleybalnet.)Heel rustige omgeving, vlakbij dorp met goed gesorteerde supermarkt èn vlakbij zee: breed zandstrand in Georgioupolis..Het interieur van de villa is stijlvol en praktisch ingericht.Heerlijke bedden, riante badkamers.En last but not least: een gastheer die alles deed om ons een heerlijke vakantie te bezorgen.Hartverwarmend!Wat ons betreft: de perfecte plek om met onze familie ( kinderen en kleinkinderen) vakantie te vieren!!!

Great villa, perfect host

We had a wonderful week in Crete. Manos communicated with us in advance and provided an essentials shop which was a godsend as we arrived late. The villa was easy to find and Manos met us there despite our late arrival. It easily accommodated our 2 families of 4, the kids had a room each. We cooked most nights and the kitchen was well equipped. Manos gave good recommendations for meals out also.The villa was spotless and it was great to have a midweek clean with sheet/towel change.The views of the mountains are lovely. It’s only a 10 minute walk to a huge sandy beach. The pool area is great and the sundowner patio was well used. We all loved playing volleyball.We would highly recommend the villa. Thankyou Manos!

Eine Perle mit wunderschönen Berg und Meerblick. A pearl with beautiful mountain and sea views

2 weeks fun and relaxation. Outstanding service. Manousos is a great host. Answers and supports immediately. Thanks to helpful guidance we could discover fantastic places. 14 persons had enough space. We‘ll certainly come back to enjoy the nice house, area and the beautiful Island.

Great stay, great house and excellent service

We were three generations on a family trip (from 2 years to 70 years), staying at the house 1 week in early October. What you see in the advirtisement is what you get :) All bedroms were of good size, clean and with well-functioning air condition (which is important when you are from Norway, like we are) Pool area is excellent! Sun all day on the pool, and also good opportunities for sitting in the shadow in the sitting group area (for those preferring that). Close proximity to grocery store and a very nice beach, well suited for both children and elderly. Mano was truly an excellent host. You can truly feel that it's important for him that all visitors have a best possible stay, and he responded within minutes when we had questions. Also good recommendations on where to go, boat trips etc. So I can give my best recommendations!

WHAT AN AMAZING STAY!!!

First of all, the villa was just beautiful, clean and perfect for our large group of friends and young kids. It had everything, very comfortable, clean and was perfect for the kids (aged 3 to 7 months old). Second, our host Mano - WHAT A HOST!!! He made the trip even better, he really looked after us and was so accommodating and helpful. I couldn't recommend him and his Villa more!! I am defo coming back next year!! Thanks Mano!!

Unbeatable!

There are not enough words to describe how fantastic this villa is! Plenty of space for 11 of us (6 adults and 5 kids), lovely clean pool, great location, plus Mano the owner could not be more helpful. We will hopefully be back!

A first class family holiday

The house is spacious and very well appointed and equipped throughout. The gardens at the front of the house are lovely with an excellent swimming pool and terrace areas for sunbathing. Very good parking for maybe 6 cars. The back has a small garden with a very good BBQ, and great patio area where all of us (15) could enjoy dinner. In future there appears to be plans for some development close to the back of the property which might not enhance the view. The house is within walking distance of the very long beach, though we discovered that a short drive to Mike's Oasis was the best area for beach activities. The local village of Georgioupolis was interesting with a number of reasonable restaurants. Above all, our host Mano was first class, attentive and on call when needed. We would have no problem in visiting Villa Georgioupolis Beach Haven again.

Fantastic property with amazing host

We were a party of 14 family members ranging from 6 months to 74 years old. The property suited us exactly and we were so comfortable. On our (very late) arrival we were met at Chania airport by a minibus arranged through the host Manousos - more about him later - and taken straight to the villa where we were met and shown all the facilities. What an excellent villa - over 2 floors with ample space for everyone to feel relaxed. 3 bedrooms on each floor plus 2 bathrooms and 2 en-suites. Plenty of crockery and cutlery. And of course the place was spotlessly clean throughout. We stayed for 10 days and had an interim clean and change of bedding towels etc. Plenty of towels for the pool area which was a delightful place witha big gazebo area for shade. We could not have been more pleased with the villa but the real star was Manousos himself - what an amazing host. From 1st to last he was so very helpful, not only around the villa but also booking restaurants and organising minibuses to get to them, suggesting the best beach bars and generally being super friendly and helpful I can honestly say that without the help and advice from Manousos we would have had a pleasant but ordinary holiday which he made absolutely delightful with everything he did for us I would not hesitate to recommend this amazing villa and wonderful host

Family-friendly holiday home

We had a lovely holiday in this beautiful and well-equipped house. There was plenty of space for both social gatherings and alone time for the extended family of 16, and several good outdoor areas for shared meals, relaxation and activities. Both the pool, the volleyball court and the table tennis table were used extensively. The covered seating area by the pool was lovely when the day was at its hottest. A very pleasant host contributed to top experiences. We received good information and suggestions for activities and restaurants in the local area. He organized an unforgettable barbecue evening to celebrate a family anniversary. He also put us in touch with a provider who arranged a fantastic private boat trip for us with sightseeing and swimming from the boat. We can recommend this holiday home warmly!

Big Fat Greek Family Vacation

We were a family of 13 ranging from 7 to 77. The house was set up beautifully. Open enough for the whole family, but the 2 apartments made a little alone time possible. Mano gave us great suggestions for dinner and daytime activities. He made himself available if we needed anything. Amazing time had by all.

Wunderschönes Haus in perfekter Lage

Wir waren für 12 Tage mit insgesamt 11 Personen (8 Erw. und 3 Kinder im Alter von 1 - 4 Jahren) in dem Haus und hatten eine wunderbare Zeit. Das Haus ist genau wie auf den Bildern zu erkenne und beschrieben. Es ist sehr groß und es fehlt an nichts. Auch die Außenanlage ist sehr großzügig und alles sehr modern und neu. Auch ist alles sehr sauber (Handtücher wurden zweimal gewechselt und einmal wurde das Haus komplett gereinigt). Der Strand ist fußläufig in ca. 10 - 15 Minuten erreichbar. (Hier können wir die Vanilla Beach Bar sehr empfehlen). Ganz in der Nähe ist auch ein Süßwassersee und Supermarkt, beides ist mit dem Auto in ca. 5 Minuten erreichbar. Wirklich hervorheben müssen wir aber noch Manousos, unseren Vermieter. Ein supernetter Kerl, der wirklich immer verfügbar und bei Fragen immer gleich zur Stelle war. Von der ersten Kontaktaufnahme bis zum Ende war die Kommunikation einfach super. Er war sehr zuvorkommend und hat alles dafür getan, damit wir in seinem Haus eine wirklich tolle Zeit verbringen konnten.

I cannot say enough about the property manager. He went out of his way to welcome and make us as comfortable as possible during our stay. The area is fantastic with a plethora of authentic tavernas and great beaches. The property itself has a great pool and all enjoyed the facility. With a large group like ours, it was the perfect property.

Villa and moussaka heaven

We, a family of ten, three generations ranging from age six to over seventy, spent two weeks at this beautiful villa. There are spectacular views of the mountains on one side and the sea from the rear of the property. Our host Mano met us on arrival and showed us around the spotlessly clean and very well-appointed villa, offering tips on where to visit and eat. The villa is two apartments joined via the entrance hallway providing ample areas for privacy if needed. Two large ground floor terraces, one wrapping around the side of the villa and three balconies in addition to the shaded area near the pool. The volleyball court and table tennis table were well used by all members of the family. Throughout the two weeks nothing was too much trouble helping us book minibuses and even providing a delicious homemade moussaka by his wife Maria – the best we had ever tasted. The villa is kept in excellent condition. Bed linen and fresh bath and pool towels were changed regularly during the two weeks. Toilet rolls, washing powder, dishwasher detergent and washing up liquid were all provided. The pool area is wonderful – out twin granddaughters aged six by end of week one managed a length without assistance and by the end of week two were more competent swimmers than their grandmother. We thank Mano again for providing such excellent service and his team for keeping everything perfect.

Perfect place, perfect host

We stayed 14 days in Juli ´23 with 16 people of 4 families . The villa is fantastic. Great poolarea with plenty of sunbeds and a nice lounge in the shadow. The rooms are very clean, nice and all of them have a balcony or access to a terrace. The much needed aircon worked very good. The Villa is even better than the fotos. There is a nice bbq in the backyard with a nice terrace. The beautiful beach is a 7 Minutes walk away. Supermarket, restaurants and the beautiful town of Gerogioupoli are nearby. A car is recommended. Mano is the perfect host. Great dining recommendations, always there when needed and really a nice person from the bottom of his heart. He even brought us the absolut best Mousaka on the planet as a suprise. The communication was perfect from the start of the booking. Every text was answered in minutes. We had a perfect time and recommed this place a lot!

Drømmeferie

Vi var så heldig å få leie dette huset i 2 uker, med strålende sol hver dag, huset er romlig, renslig og har gode senger. Og en utmerket vert som tar vare på oss. Deilige svømmebaseng, men flott utsikt, volleballbane og bordtennisbord som ble flittig brukt. Svømmebassenget ble også brukt mye, 10-15 minutters gange ned til Vanila strand, hvor det er solsenger og servering. Huset ligger ypperlig til for å utforske øye også.

Beautiful Villa

Stayed for a long weekend with friends. The Villa was well equipped, looked great and has beautiful views. The best thing about the Villa is Mano who went over and above to help us book local dinners, taxis, help us out when the shops were close on a family day (Greek Easter Sunday). He is extremely generous and a very welcoming and kind host. I highly recommend staying here in a beautiful spot in Greece.

Einmaliger Urlaub mit toller Ambiente

Es war ein wirklich super geräumiges und sehr sauberes Haus mit einem tollen Service. Der Pool und die umliegende Hinterhoffläche sind super angelegt und gepflegt, wo sowohl das Schwimmen im Wasser als auch das Tischtennis oder Volleyball spielen unglaublich viel Freude bereitet. Die Grillecke hinter dem Gebäude ist ebenso schön und ideal für einen gemütlichen Abend in gemeinsamer Runde. Die Gastgeber waren äußerst zuvor kommend und bei Fragen jederzeit erreichbar. Darüberhinaus waren die selbst gebackenen Desserts und ein typischer saftiger Orangenkuchen unglaublich lecker. Danke für diesen einmaligen Urlaub! Wir können einen Besuch bzw. Aufenthalt nur empfehlen, da auch die Lage grundsätzlich sehr praktisch ist, um umliegende Tagestrips zu machen oder auch einfach zu Fuß innerhalb von 10Minuten am Strand ist. Wir freuen uns auf ein hoffentlich baldiges Wiedersehen. Viel Erfolg weiterhin!! 🤗

Toller Urlaub

Wir sind mit einer 11-köpfigen Freundesgruppe für eine Woche im September verreist. Unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen. Der Pool ist größer als auf den Fotos. Tolle Umgebung. Man muss nur wissen dass neben dem Volleyballfeld nun weitere Ferienhäuser errichtet wurden. Diese waren allerdings noch nicht vermietet. Man muss in Zukunft schauen ob dies das Ambiente in diesem wirklich perfekten Haus beeinträchtigen. Hervorzuheben ist der tolle Gastgeber. Dieser war rund um die Uhr erreichbar und hat uns an einem Nachmittag mit selbst gebackenen Donuts überrascht. Wirklich sehr zu empfehlen.
